Very nicely located, clean and convenient. I unlike most other places I’ve stayed at in Taghazout the building is new, so it has more of a hotel vibe than of a surf house. There was a football pitch right in front of my window where kids played until around midnight. Not a problem for me, but sensitive people might wanna ask for a room facing the other way. The rooftop is gorgeous and a great place to work. They also serve very decent food all day. The breakfast that was included with my booking was more than I expected. Overall, there is really nothing to critique, the value for price is great. I booked a bed in a four bedroom and ended up having it to myself. The staff were really friendly and attentive.

There was no way to block the light coming in from the outside as well as from the hallway. Some power plugs would be great. And there was a bit of a smell coming up from the shower drain.

Lovely place to stay, big spacious well lit rooms. Super comfortable beds. Breakfast was so good. Coffee tea, freshest orange juice ever, bread, jam, butter, eggs and Moroccan pancakes. Got to eat out on the rooftop overlooking the ocean. So close to shops and the beach. Convenient store next door, ATM and currency exchange as well as surf shop in the building. Staff was helpful with taxis and printing boarding passes. The sink did leak water onto the floor and one shower head was broken causing water to spray everywhere. The towels are stained and have holes but it was clear they were washed. The door was janky and it and the key often got stuck. Sand was found on the beds upon arrival. Overall very minute details and the pros heavily outweighed the small details.

Great place! Super convenient, right on the beach and near all of the great restaurants in Taghazout! The bedrooms were comfortable and had a great view of the sea :) also, the staff was so kind and friendly! They helped us book all of our taxis and gave us great advice on what to do in the town. The upstairs terrace ROOFTOP was fantastic! with nice sunset, A great place to relax and read a book or socialize with others Highly recommend this place for short term stays in Taghazout!

The property is well located within Taghazout and my twin room had a balcony with sea view. The rooftop cafe is great for eating breakfast. The breakfast itself is also very good.

The property is actually hard to find, more could be done to make the name standout more. From the outside it looks more like a cafe than a hostel. Whilst there is a lock on the door the room shared the balcony with the room next door and the sliding doors don’t really lock so this could be a problem. When it came to checking out I had to wait quite a while as no one knew where the receptionist was.

Staff were very friendly and the place was super clean. Beds were comfortable and the other guests seemed friendly and respectful. Great breakfast eaten in the rooftop cafe. I felt safe at all times.

I was surprised that there wasn't any lockers in the room. There was a small 'kitchen' area with it only had a sink and worktops but nothing else...just outside that room there was a fridge which I didn't use (or even look in).

The best place to stay in Taghazout, I have been many times in Taghazout and this place by far is the best, super clean, very central and the view from the rooms or the terrasse is breath taking. the breakfast is amazing. Ayoub was kind and organised a free dinner for all the guests on new year, I totally recommend staying here.

The staff went over and beyond. Friendly hospitable. The bathroom lights did not work well and the team offered us a change of room. But we stayed as it was just for a night. The lady, gentleman at reception and the gentleman at the breakfast was super welcoming and warm.

The location and the view of the rooms is next level. It’s the second time I stayed in Locals Taghazout and I’ll probably be back soon 🙌🏼 The beds are comfy, the staff is really nice, you see the cleaning ladies everyday.

The WiFi sometimes is not that strong, and having to work can be a bit worrying. I don’t like much the breakfast, not much veg friendly, so I always have it outside. Shame there’s no “proper” kitchen with stove.

I rested in a twin bedroom. It was very clean,bright & nice decoration. Basic breakfast included & served in the beautiful roof top. Kitchen, toilet & shower room was shared & clean. Convenient location near all services and mins from the beach. Shop next to Reception. Staff very helpful. I would stay there again. Shukran

Tidy Clean Amazing roof top & some balconies. Shared kitchen, fridge & rest room per several rooms. 👌 Beautiful Moroccan decoration style makes the place cosy. I had previously stayed and this time was much nicer to see decoration. Well done!

Lovely spacious room with an amazing sea view. There was only me and one other in a four bed dorm. It was cleaned everyday which was great. Comfy beds and linen.

The shower was cold , but easily rectified by going to another shower in the hostel. There are no real kitchen facilities, no cooker or kettle. Just a sink and a fridge with some counter space. Also no real communal area aside from the rooftop which is also a private restaurant, the breakfast isn't great , you'd be better off going out somewhere and getting a cheap one.
