The staff is amazing, always available during the day. The place is very clean and the room so spacious. The swimming pool is bigger than the average in Bali for the same price! The bed is comfy and AC works well. I highly recommend

The bathroom was not clean when I arrived. There were cigarette butts on the floor, no toilet paper and I felt like the towel was not fresh. The bathroom had some gaps in the wall, so I had to move the cupboard in front of it, so that my neighbours could not see me showering. There was also a mouse in the room :) And I felt like the staff (mainly guys) were drinking every evening. Maybe they should get a few girls as staff as well :)

Amazing quality for this price and location. Hard to find something this nice and clean for this price in Kerobokan/ Canggu area. Highly recommend. The staff is extremely friendly and will try to comfort you in every way. I live in Bali since 3 years so i know the standards very well. The few negative comments from few other guests are in my opinion based on expecting european standards for extremely low money and not having any or just little experience with other accommodations in Bali. Bali is not cheap, and you won’t find european standards at all, unless you pay a fortune. Candra Loka is as good as it can get for a very reasonable and affordable price.

The downstairs rooms have only a curtain to the backside instead of a door, which makes it easy to hear the neighbours sounds.

I found this listing on Booking.com when a last minute change of plans added Bali to my time in Asia. It chose to check in here after an overnight flight from New Delhi because I needed an address/destination upon arrival. My two night stay allowed me to get my bearings and plans for my additional time.During my whole short visit, I kept reminding myself of the cost of the accommodation. It was very inexpensive with their promotional rates. The rooms were clean, and surprisingly spacious. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. All pluses ++

The location of the property was down a small rutted alleyway which I know deterred a few prospective guests while I was there. The location has nothing to recommend it as it is at least 30 minutes from ant resorts along the coast. If your reason for being in Bali is ‘sun & surf’, this is a ways away even though local motorbike or auto transport is very very inexpensive.

Amazing place for great value in Bali. Location of this property was very central and suited us for a short stay where we could go to north or south Bali without 3+ hour taxis. Room was excellent, spacious and very clean. Bed was great too. AC had no issues. People working here were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t use but there was a kitchen in communal area to be used at any time.

Would’ve loved a mini fridge in kitchenette but other than that everything was excellent.

Large room. Good air-conditioning. The kitchnette area with table and chairs very useful (no facilities to cook) Staff is very welcoming and helped me with my heavy luggage. They are lovely and made my stay really pleasant. The swimming poolis larger than average. I rented also a good motorbike at a fair price.

Lovely friendly staff available all day, clean pool (and fish now,we saw them refill their water) clean well equipped room, kitchen area for cooking within the room. The room was large and bathroom huge! Cute bamboo furniture, clean sheets and comfy pillows.

As popular in Bali, the bathroom to the rear had airflow from outside, this in turn made the A/C struggle to fully cool the room. Only a slight issue.

A studio which was so spacious, had a dining table and kitchen sink. The pool also looked good even though I had no time to enjoy swimming. And staff were so polite and helpful.

Need to change the shower head ‘coz it made water splash everywhere when showering.

Recommended lodging in Bali for vacations and long-term stays. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfy, with all amenities. The staff is courteous, friendly, and always provides outstanding service. It is in a very strategic location because it is close to Seminyak-Canggu, a mall, and a food court. Next, I'll check in here again 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Excellent value for $ We needed one night between pre booked resorts. Very good price for a little tucked away apt. Highly recommend. Especially if you stay long term.

Would have liked a fridge but I understand it would add to the cost. Also supplied drinking water wasn't sealed so hesitant to use without boiling. Thank you
