Staff hospitality and friendliness

The fact that there were no dressing gowns or extra blankets in the room. They can be provided if you ask, if you know that you can ask! No one wants to keep calling reception. I had a good stay nevertheless. Heating is provided via open fire which is nice while awake in the evening but you don't want to sleep with a wood fire going. They could consider an alternative in the future when they remodel. The hot water bottle was pleasant but the place can get cold. All said, I will go again and knowing Nyahururu's weather, I'll ask for the gown and blanket at check-in!

The ambience was exceptional and the activities were wonderful. I loved how the activity guides kept us on toes....there was never a dull moment

The Hot Tody gave me an allergic reaction. Strictly inform the client of the contents of the drinks.. They used syrup which i am highly allergic to and even after consulting, they only said "Unajua asali za siku hizi aziaminiki" I was very disappointed

I loved the staff genuine great customer service! I loved their breakfast, I loved the responsiveness. I'm sooo impressed, I'm definitely going back. It was just 2 nights but the check in was smooth the stay amazing. Place was clean and well cared for. Again, im going back fore sure. Alex, Chama, Charlotte, Christopher, Phillip.... I wish I could tip the whole staff.

Except the over priced meals at the pool restaurant. There is nothing I did not like. I also wish there were more outlets.

The staff were very accommodating to a family member with mobility difficulties. Generally the staff are very kind and helpful. Always ready to help. The facilities are modern and well kept. The fire place in the room was a welcome addition on a cold night.

Great service. The online manager, Henry, was very good. One of the wait staff, Lawrence, made our stay truly exceptional with his keen attention to detail. The grounds were beautiful, and service was very prompt. the food was also excellent 👌🏿 Thompson falls is also a short walk away. A great place to visit

The property is amazing, so clean and we always love the log fire in the rooms in the evening. Dinner & Breakfast were excellent. listening to the sound of Thompon Falls while in the rooms was an unforgettable experience for my family.

The water in the swimming pool was cold - informed this is on solar so the morning is not an ideal time to swim. The sauna/steam room were not functioning as they are on a timer to start at 17:00hrs.

The heated pool needs to be warmer. It wasn't ice cold but it wasn't comfortable swimming in it, especially for the kids. Pool area is also quite dark, consider having a retractable roof panel that is brighter/lighter to bring in some light. Tiles around the pool are quite slippery when wet, I'd suggest put tiles with some roughness, to reduce the risk of falling.

Very comfortable rooms and the fireplace makes it more cosy. The staff are very friendly from the reception, restaurant and accomodation. The food is good,but it can get better. We enjoyed our stay.

I thought we'd get to Thompson falls through the hotel, but one must go out as the general public.

We enjoyed the climate....the environment is amazing.... Quiet , relaxing and beautiful.

The gym equipment can be a little bit shaky and one of the equipments almost took my husband out... Kindly make sure they are in proper condition...

The location is ideal, and the cool weather is amazing. The sounds of the thundering waterfall added to it some feeling of being in a safe space and one with mother nature. The hotel's flexibility with the checkout because of our baby was beyond words. Thank you!!
