The facilities were amazing and everything was brand new

It was hard to enjoy the place because the staff were not very welcoming and they are always on your case. I kept having staff asking for room number, one of them told me my attire was not right for the gym and that I couldn’t train because of that. One staff kept telling me I couldn’t have my baby in the games room even though no one else was in there. She was just constantly on my case, in the end the supervisor came and said it was okay as long as I take my baby away when someone wants to use the games room which was exactly what I said I would do before.

The facilities are absolutely world class. The amount of detail and quality gone into the finishings of the room and hotel venues was mind blowing. Every time we come to Bangkok we are amazed that the next hotel is always an improvement on the previous ones. Most importantly the staff were best in their field. Shout out to Palm from the Gym who is fantastic with the kids and as well as being super accomodating during our workouts. Also a special mention to Sign at the Lumpini shop for providing valuable local knowledge and friendly conversations and a warm welcome. But all staff from all areas of the hotel were fantastic and made our stay that extra special

Pool and facilities close at 10pm. As we often returned after 10pm from a day out it would be good to get a late night swim in. The onsen was still open though.

New property and it was excellent. Very clean, great bedding and room size and pleasant staff with great facilities for families.

The pool sky bar food was cold when it arrived. Only pre cut bread at breakfast buffet. Would have liked more choice of breads.

Everything was perfect, kind and professional staff, new facilities, excellent spa, excellent breakfast with a staff that only wants to help

The hotel is located in a developing area, you have to wait a long time when ordering a taxi.

The service was absolutely amazing! The room was very clean, the location was perfect, and having a 7-Eleven shop as well as a Chinese restaurant right within the premises made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is doing an excellent job with housekeeping, room service, and guest service. Every time I arrived at the entrance with a cab, the staff never missed opening the door, which really made me feel welcomed. Even the small details, like the aromatic scent placed on the bed during turndown service, were a wonderful touch. I truly enjoyed my stay and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Exceptional attention and service, housekeeping does really outstanding job, the rooms are comfy, bright new and spotless! Views are speechless from rooms and other facilities. Moreover, amazing breakfast selection and quality, all facilities are super new and clean. Hotel is in amazing location, heart of BKK. Besides, hotel has inhouse restaurant, bakeries, 7/11 shop, SPA, gym and etc. Highly recommend and we will come back for sure.

Level 50 restaurant outside seating service. Please reconsider staff english knowledge it is very hard to communicate and this shouldn’t be the standard in 5* hotel. We have received main courses on different times, and I received mine only after asking after 50 minutes. And all that alcoholic beverages order thing is just simply akward and does not really fit for such a high level hotel.
