Room was considerably bigger meaning there is space to unpack and pack luggage and get dressed. There was construction at night which was audible, but it wasn’t as disruptive. To be honest, after 2 weeks all over Japan, I got the best sleep in this hotel. The hotel is next to Musashi Sakai which is along the JR Chuo line, and the rapid train stops at this station. Cheap as eateries nearby open till past midnight, and a convenience store.

Cleaning staff was noisy in the morning, but that is only because I was unlucky to get a room near the elevators. Also, they could of vacuum cleaned under the bed more throughly. Cost of the room was so-so, considering that this is in a fairly commuter town 20-30 minutes from city centre. Not a lot of things to do in MusashiSakai, so maybe consider bigger station like Okubo or Tachikawa.

The hotel was very close to the station & easy to find. We were made very welcome & the staff were very polite & helpful. We flew in from the UK early in the morning & we were able to leave our luggage with the hotel until we checked in at 3pm which made things alot easier. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from toiletries (including toothbrush & paste) to nightwear. Although it is close to the station, it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a shame the cafe attached didn't have more to offer with food & drinks, but there was plenty nearby so it wasn't a problem.

Location was great! Needed to stay because it is close to my university and bus stop and train station are right next to the hotel. Breakfast also had a large range to choose from and the Japanese food was excellent with kind service.

If you're staying for longer a bigger room may be more useful. But other that that great service and a good hotel to stay when you're on the go.

Check in was very, very easy. The room was clean, the AC worked very well, which is not always the case in hotels in Japan, breakfast was easy to get, and we loved the soba and tempura from Nonowa.

The rooms are very functional, which is typical for this type of hotel in Japan. That said, it was big enough for all our luggage (4 suitcases and 2 carry ons).

We booked this hotel because it was close to the Studio Ghibli museum in Mitaka, but the hotel was really nice and convenient and the area is lovely and not touristy with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants.

Comfortable bed. A decent bath. I recommend the cafe breakfast if that's included. Helpful staff at check-in.

There are night-time renovations at a nearby building that woke me at 3am - I am not a light sleeper. Musashisakai itself isn't really all that exciting an area.

It could not be closer to the JR station. Plenty of places to eat very close. The Chuo line runs through this station and this is a very useful line to explore Tokyo.

The location suited us as we were meeting family. Although a bit out of the centre the station was next door and so easy to get around. Very pleasant neighbourhood with shops and restaurants.

More storage/ hanging space. But compared to other hotels in Tokyo was reasonable.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and check out. Clean and quiet rooms. Late 11am check out is helpful. Direct train line to Tokyo station. Thanks, we will stay again.

Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was satisfying. The staff were helpful.

The language barrier was a challenge but nothing Google translate couldn’t bridge.
