Although our camper van was too high for the underground car park there is an agreement in place to be able to park literally outside the Hotel in the Supermarket car park (with lots of other motor homes) and could see it from our balcony! Kerb appeal isn’t great from outside… looks like a concrete building but inside the experience is like a 4 star hotel! Wonderfully clean… and we didn’t expect a balcony. The room was air conditioned and with the double glazed doors closed no traffic noise. 20 mins walk to great restaurants and super sandy beach. Castro Urdiales lovely medieval centre. Would definitely rebook if back in the area. Staff recovery too.

Staff were really nice, hotel was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Underground safe car park for 8 euro a night. Breakfast was buffet style with various options, and for the price we paid for the night was unbelievable value. Also there is free tea& coffee available in lobby / reception area which was great. Ten minute walk into town. Will definitely be back. Supermarket next door, so handy for grabbing snacks and wine 🍷 😋

Nothing, all good. It's close to the road but we had a great night's sleep, no noise problems.

Excellent value for money. The room was spotless. Very convenient for the motorway to the port at Bilbao. It took just under half an hour for us to walk to the centre of town but that wasn’t a problem for us. Breakfast was good and the freshly squeezed orange juice was wonderful

Although the bathroom was a good size and the walk in shower was large, the door didn’t seal properly and a bit of water escaped.

Lovely chic hotel just off the motorway with great amenities and a comfortable bed. Free coffee and tea anytime ! Secure parking too. Will definitely use again

Only a small thing and not about the actual property…underground parking a bit expensive and also for our dog but we did get a little doggie bag of a water bowl , poo bags and treat made by disabled people. Nice touch and appreciated

Breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. The underground car park was secure.

There was nowhere in the hotel for an evening meal. All the restaurants were 10-15 minutes walk away. We were told parking was extremely difficult and taxis hard to come by so we had to go out in the car and look for a restaurant somewhere with parking as the rain was torrential that day and it was also extremely windy.

This is the best BB hotel I have ever stayed. I know them very well from Germany. It is new, rooms are spacious!!! Bathroom great. The gentleman who was on service on 5th October who get an employee of the year award. Very kind, friendly, attentive. I saw him checking in more than 12 people. Hotel is just next to Aldi. Breakfast was good and all fresh. Stay there before others discover it!

We arrived at midnight - flight was delayed into Bilbao. Easy find just off autovia. Secure underground parking for 8 euros. Reception guy really helpful. Free coffee while registering. Room was immaculate, large and huge bed. Bathroom large - while place was like brand new. Had breakfast for 5 euros each that was good too.

Just of the motorway, 20 minutes walk into town centre, great big rooms, really nice common area with tables, chairs, free drinks, tea, coffee. Welcome present for the dog, very secure parking, but you do pay extra. Our dog was allowed in the breakfast area, not always the case. So very much appreciated.

Big, modern, immaculately clean, basement parking, breakfast available - and excellent staff. Best if all, it’s only 20 minutes to the ferry port. Excellent.

My only criticism is that Booking.com should have listed that parking was 8 euros a night to park in the underground car park.

Staff were nice and friendly during check in/out. The hotel room was nice and modern. Breakfast was basic but good. Neighbor hood was nice with shops and cafe. About 15-20 minute walk to the beach.
