The location of the property within walking distance of the Temple, the spacious well maintained rooms, the in house restaurant, the welcoming and helpful attitude of the entire staff from the Manager, the Front Desk Staff, the Housekeeping Staff and the Restaurant made our stay most memorable. We look forward to staying at the same facility during our next visit. On 17 Jan, while walking back to the Hotel, my wife had a bad fall on the pavement, hurting her chest and left arm. During dinner, as her pain got aggravated, I enquired from Mr Anish, the Restaurant Manager regarding the location of the nearest medical facility and went outside to hire a taxi or auto. As I was waiting outside, the front desk Staff informed me that the GM would take us to the hospital in his car. We were overwhelmed by this gesture as the GM waited with us through the whole procedure and drove us back, despite our insistence that we would hire a cab after her treatment. A truly personal touch

It is close to Guruvayoor temple with clean and neat place for family.. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.. Mr.Anandu was very helpful with guiding us for temple as well other sightseeing as we were family with 2 kids!!

It's almost half a kilometre away from the temple near to bus station. Very clean and with basic amenities. Staffs are very hospitable. No minibar and hand dryer option. Restaurant closes at 9.30pm which i found a bit early.

Outstanding room size and facilities in the heart of Guruvayoor. Very close to the temple and can actually walk the distance if not for the rains. Breakfast was not included in our package so no idea about that aspect

The stay was good & comfortable but, it felt like High pricing inn. They amount split up was unreasonable & felt overcharged.

The over pricing part, they just don't provide water other than the two 1/ltr complimentary bottle, the charge with tax for extra water bottles.

The hotel was impeccably clean. Rooms were equipped with necessities as promised.

The pencil cells of the Tv remote were dead and slapping the remote did not work. When we asked for a 0.5 ltr extra bottle of water we were told to buy a one litre from them at Rs.32.instead.

Room was good and properly maintained. Hotel location is near to temple.

Car parking is a bit difficult. Night dinner they have closed by 9.30, they can extend little time extra.

The stay was comfortable. The food was not so great but the staff especially Mr Anand was very supportive and helpful and made us feel very comfortable.

There’s nothing that wasn’t likeable. Everything met expectations and the view from our alloted room was pretty nice.

The location was very convenient. The rooms were very spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were very professional, polite and courteous. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.
