A standard Holiday Inn express was quick and easy access just off the I10. Clean tidy and comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff at check in. When we stayed, the buffet breakfast was closed but a instead complimentary breakfast from the standard menu was available. I had an absolutely delicious freshly made omelette while my wife had eggs on toast. Both were excellent and the restaurant staff were just lovely.

There are a lot of homeless people in this area. You need to be aware of security and safety after dark. The car park is well lit, and the hotel itself is secure.

The location was great and easy to get in and out. The hotel restaurant was convenient. Staff was super nice. Bed was comfortable.

We could hear everything going on in the hallways. The doors were not soundproof at all.

We had stayed there before. The rooms are clean and roomy. Staff are nice and helpful.

No microwave in room. There is one by ice machine on each floor. 3 out of 4 ice machines that I tried did not dispense ice.

The friendly staff! It’s refreshing to go somewhere without attitudes! Everyone was very very nice and courteous!! They truly made our stay a great experience! 10/10 recommend!

All the staff is friendly and very helpful! The room was nice, clean, and easy to find. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I would love to have one of those pillows. That was some of the best sleep I've gotten in a while.

Staff was extremely helpful taking care of our needed room situation. The Manager personally went above and beyond without hesitation. Recommended a great place for dinner on top of it. Room was clean and the breakfast tasty.

Wr only got 3 towels and we paid for 4 people stay. Also for that price we were supposed to get free breakfast and the price for the breakfast was too high. Only one elevator..

Ease of getting to the property.

The floors in the room and bathroom needed a serious cleaning. They were sticky and the floor by the a/c unit was really soaked

The cooked to order breakfast was great! Much better than the places that put out the pre-cooked buffet style ones.

I love the fact the staff were so helpful and nice.The staff made sure any and every need was met. My room was she comfortable and clean. It was quiet and extremely relaxing.overall I will most definitely be booking for another room in the future.

Everything was absolutely perfect😊 nothing was out of place. This was by far the best stay I've ever experienced.
