The hotel is very new and very beautiful. The staf is really really friendly, eventho they work hard. They always have a smile on their faces. The esthetic of the hotel is beautiful. The food was good and enough variety for everyone. The pools are fun, for big and small. The bus to the beach is super well arranged. The beach and the sea is beautiful.

I do not quite understand the set up of the hotel. The complex is big and it contains different buildings. We booked a family room (we have 2 small kids) and our family room was literally next to the animation bar, where they play loud music (last night until 23hr). With 2 small kids, you dont want this. There is also an adults only section, and their rooms are far away and quiet from this bar…? But it was them in this bar enjoyed and singing loudly. So, if you have a young family and you are planning booking, ask them for a room as far as possible from the bar.

The rooms were amazing and the location is perfect. The food is nice. My friend had his wedding here and it was perfect and set up and run really well which I was told was by the hotel themselves. We rented a car so it was could we could park at the hotel for free. The variety of food was really good and nice as the food was different one each day.

There wasn’t a bath in my room and it’s described as all inclusive but that isn’t the case. When it comes to alcoholic drinks and there’s premium ones you have to pay for and you have to pay for some foods like ice creams by the pool bar.

We absolutely loved this stay, this is definitely the best place to stay in Kos!!! Unreal food, staff are amazing and so on it with the drinks! Lots of pools, 2 restaurants for free when staying for a week. Can’t wait to be back!!

Only things I would say could be better is just if there was some music on in the day time would be so perfect & if there was a little bar at the beach xx

Really what isn’t to like. Lovely rooms and facilities, the grounds have large green open spaces with beautiful planting. While swimming in the pool you can look at the view of the mountain. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room on terraces or balconies with a helpful drying rack available for swimsuits. Everywhere is kept impeccably clean for the number of guests milling about everyday. The level of service the staff provide is of an incredibly high standard, they are friendly and professional. From the reception and cleaning staff, to the chefs and servers in the restaurant right through to the bar men and women, and very efficient waitress staff in the bars. Prior to arrival the hotel kindly assisted with arranging a taxi from the airport which was there waiting. The buffet menu is designed to cater to everyone so will come down to personal taste, but there are always options available. The two on site a la carte restaurants, Italian and Mediterranean, we tried were delicious and well worth booking into during the stay. The entertainment is also fantastic, putting on events during the day and shows in the evening. They have quite clearly been part of or are certainly capable of being part of professional companies and it shows in the quality of the entertainment. We would certainly visit again.

The entertainment team are amazing and truly deserve their own dressing room for the fantastic shows they put on. Anything else is really nit picking and most likely personal preference.

I’m usually very picky with hotels but in Utopia Blu there is nothing to claim about! the hotel is spectacular. -clean room and common areas, usually I have troubles in using shared bathrooms but in this hotels everything was very clean. i also cannot touch bare feet pool areas but in utopia I had no issue since the floors and pools were always very clean. - the hotel has a beautiful and modern design which gives a great atmosphere and nice holiday feeling. quality and cleanliness is visible here. - helpful and very very friendly staff which is ready to fulfil every wish. very very quick in servicing the guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner! actually whenever you need something. - quiet due to separation of kids and adults areas, perfect for switching off - offer for sport facilities and animation - unfortunately we did not use the spa facilities:( - many pools so that it is never overcrowded at one pool, - there are pool bars close to the pools so that you are always good supplied. - good food, there is also 1x ala carte restaurant visit included but we did not use it. guess the food there has better quality. however, we were satisfied with the buffet. I usually don’t find all inclusive buffets tasty but in Utopia Blu I the food is satisfying. - the snack bar is shorty after breakfast opening and closing shortly before dinner. you cannot starve. - the choose of food is huge (every day) - there is a small market in the hotel but also a huge one in front of the hotel. in front of the hotel there is also a public bus going to Kos town - the hotel has a daily beach transfer but we never went since the hotel is amazing!

Can't really fault this hotel and its staff. It was beautiful from the moment you arrived! The room was spotless, beds were comfy, and had everything you needed. There was a great food selection and a good number of drinks to keep you full and happy. Lots of pools to choose from but we always stayed around the main pool that had entertainment in the mornings and afternoons which kept things fun and exciting. The entertainment team works very hard to do their jobs well for every single guest that stays -- and that they do!! We loved every evening they planned, the music and the fun and games. Shout out to Kelly for being a legend and Jerry for his soft voice and motivating words. Special mention also to Alexandros who worked at the bar and served us with such attention and care. We always knew we'd be looked after and always looked forward to being served by him. He really deserves to be promoted to Manager as he'd be a brilliant one and a real asset to the company. All in all, a fab stay that ticks all the boxes! Thanks to all the staff.

If I was to pull anything up it would be that the hotel felt a little understaffed which meant you had to wait a while for a drink during meal times and in the evenings. No fault of the staff as they were all working hard and so lovely! Management should really look to invest in more people and no doubt that would really help those who are working tirelessly to do their jobs well.

We had a lovely stay - this was our first experience of an all-inclusive and we would certainly consider going again. The room was spacious, modern and clean, with very good air-con, and a balcony overlooking the pool. We stayed in the adults-only area of the resort, which is definitely recommended if you are a couple, and want to sit by one of the pools where it's a little more chilled, rather than by the main pool where the kids are. There were plenty of pools and sun loungers to choose from which was good. There was also plenty of choice on the buffet as well, with a couple of themed nights, and the food all in all was very good. We also went to one of the restaurants one night, which obviously had slightly fancier and nicer dishes. Despite only being there for three days we also used the spa facilities, tennis court, and went down to the beach where the hotel has their own loungers and bus transfer. There was also a shop on site (and a supermarket across the road) in case you've forgotten something, or need to top up on supplies. Surprisingly, we didn't encounter any mosquitoes either! (this was in June)

Even though they have an app, sometimes the information wasn't always clear about things (e.g. which drinks were included on the all-inclusive, and which ones weren't - worth checking with bar staff - and how to book the tennis court)

Amazing staff, great hotel, very attentive and understanding, always helpful and good provided something special for our babies birthday. Also upgraded us free of charge for the special occasion which was amazing.

We got upgraded and room was not amazingly clean although they went out of their way to give us an upgrade and as soon as we mentioned the room the immediately came and cleaned it

Hotel is lovely, we had two superior rooms which were large, clean and well designed. Bed comfortable. Would’ve liked individual soap and shower gel rather than via dispensers but not a big issue. Food was decent enough, although would’ve become repetitive (we were only there for a few days so it was fine, but as there aren’t many food options available, ie access to the two a la cartes is restricted, it may have become a struggle). Buffet is pretty good, although we did prefer sitting outside as it was a little ‘canteen-like’ inside. Tennis court, paddle court and table tennis all good. Ents team worked hard through the day and evening. Manos (guest relations manager) exceptional and a real credit to the hotel. Would’ve liked a stocked mini bar and pool service but hotel is great value and we’d return .

The whole complex is amazing. i would def recommend a swim up room. the food is fantastic and the pizzas at lunch time are the best i have ever tasted. The location is great, you can walk out at night and grab a drink in a bar if you fancy going off the complex. the spa is fantastic too.

for the entertainment to be earlier on a night time.
