The front desk staff were amazingly helpful. Rooftop bar and pool were great, the views and sunset - heaven!

Finding out on our last day that we could have been receiving a 10% discount on food and drink - why did no one tell us about this sooner? Seemed unnecessarily cheap. same with the bali beds, on weekends they're popular but quiet during the week, consider reducing the cost to create a better vibe in the pool area. Also no tea/coffee facilities in the room and no freely available drinking water - could only buy it from the bars.

We love this hotel it has everything you need, so clean, amazing breakfast and great commun areas.

The breakfast varies everyday but would be nice to have a bit more consistency. The area is a little run down but seems to be improving and new places opening up

The buffet was poor un particularly the dinner. We had half board, breakfast was OK but dinner very poor with no drinks to accompany meal not even water, unless you buy at bar. Very disappointed with the lack of quality of evening meal. In addition food was not labelled so you have to keep asking what items are

The hotel is on the other side of San Antonio bay away from the music and night life - but a short taxi ride at 12EUR or a 15 minute walk you're there. We stayed in an Innside Room. From the hotel beach front there is a Water Taxi that runs on the hour across the bay for 5 EUR or 9EUR return with the last return at 7:30pm. Outside the hotel: On the corner we ate at El Kiosco the pizzaria - great value for a family of 4. Mei Ling Chinese restaurant (out the hotel turn left - 5 min walk) again great value for a family of 4, which also let's you order Indian from the establishment next door and they share the menu - so was great choice. Mini Golf is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and it's on your right hand side - golf was great fun with a few challenging holes, but food afterwards was cheap and very good value - recommended. Across the bay you have an abundance of restaurants and your Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut etc - with plenty of shops as well. Outside the hotel exit on the right and walk up to the next street turn right and 3 minutes on your right you'll find the bus stop - get the Number 8 at 9 minutes past and 38 minutes past to Eivissa old town - we got off just at the harbour - where cruise ships had docked twice the size of the hotel 2.55EUR one way - so cheap local travel on great air conditioned coaches - but they get busy. We got back on at the same stop (same price). We went on the Arenal Diving - Snorkeling & Beach & Cave Tour - unfortnatley conditions didn't permit the caves, but at 2 stops for 3 hours snorkeling & paddleboarding it was great value (60 EUR for each adult & 40EUR per child) Free drink and fruit on board - staff were brilliant (Amazonia box on the quay when you're looking for them).

Its not really a complaint as such, but we under estimated the costs of purchasing things in the hotel, for example 2 Coke Zero and a lemon fanta at 15EUR - so when you're pool side and the kids are just ordering drinks it soon mounts up... That said there is a mini fridge in the room, which we emptied and filled from the shop next door.

Clean, great location, helpful staff, great breakfast

The air conditioning in the rooms is not great, blows air but not cold. The sun sets on the side of the hotel so rooms are very warm.

The air conditioning in our room was a let down. Getting taxis was difficult but I think that is because it is further out and between 6pm and 9pm, taxis wouldnt come out so easily

The hotel was great. Breakfast was fantastic - it had something to please everyone and food was of a high standard. The location was great. Easy access to the beach and there were lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance surrounding the hotel. Staff were helpful and polite and made everyone feel at ease.

The bathroom was very small for a family of 4 and we felt we were all on top of one another when we were getting showered and ready to go out. It would also have been great if there was more hanging space/ storage for clothes and shoes.

Super location right on the beach. Great views over San Antonio Bay. Cool rooftop bar.

Beach loungers slightly pricy at E30/day

Beautiful hotel with lovely pool and beach area but the best part was the rooftop pool which had a bar pool and DJ playing amazing tunes - such a good vibe! Opens at 11am every day but have to be on time as the sunbeds go fast! Great water taxi that goes from the jetty on the beach every hour for €5 over to San Antonio. Major issue getting taxis at 7pm due to driver change over resulting in us having to walk to Pikes one night so be careful for that if you have dinner bookings.

No kettle in the room which would have been handy

Fabulous location, extremely helpful & polite staff. Loft sea view room, faultlessly clean, modern decor, with comfy bed, lovely fresh towels, x2 robes & slippers, hairdryer, shampoo & shower gel. Great aircon. Fantastic breakfast buffet, so much choice. Absolutely beautiful Roof Top Nine pool & bar with spectacular views. Just booked to come back next week, can’t wait to stay here again

If I had to say one thing it would be you have to pay for hotel beach sun-beds, they are not included & are pretty expensive.
