I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed by this hotel. We went to Ibiza on a budget so our expectations were very low. However the food was better than we expected, drinks were all inclusive all day, the pools were very big and it wasn't too busy. We never had trouble finding a sunbed and the staff were lovely. There is a water boat 5 minutes walk from the hotel which is great for a sunset ride across to san antonio.

A few of the older staff were very moody. However majority of the staff were lovely. Location is about 45 minutes walk from san antonio, but I enjoyed the walk.

The hotel was a great value for money, it is well located and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good, not exceptional, but good enough with a lot of options.

I had to request a room change because the first room was smelling really bad, and the staff quickly accommodated our request. The next room was noisy, and I had to visit the reception three times at 2 am, but the staff promptly took action to address the noise. The swimming pool closed at 6 pm, which was early considering we would spend the day at the beach and wanted to use the hotel facilities a bit more.

The food was really good, good variety at meal times. The hotel was very clean and the staff very very helpful and accommodating. Would definety return again.

Loved the outdoor space and that there were plenty of sunloungers. Friendly staff. Hotel was close to the beach and the main strip.

The cooked food at breakfast was cold. There was a microwave to warm your food however I think that is unexceptable. The rooms are dated and need modernisation.

I was amazed I got a front facing room with the best view. What a pleasant surprise! Amazing location! Very quiet in spite of being so central. The breakfast buffet has everything you can wish for. Last, but not least, the staff was super friendly!

Hard to say, my stay was too short to notice anything bad.

Location great. Travel network made it very easy to get around island. Comfortable room. Good variety for breakfast.

luke warm food when it came to the hot fare. Only one microwave available. Bathroom: sanitary system very loud from adjacent room.

It's right next to the beach with almost every room having a view. The breakfast hall and the food options were splendid. There is a bus stop right outside and the cafes, pubs & restaurants are also quite good. The hotel arranges for an event in the evenings which could be a magic show or a musical quiz, etc. by the poolside where you can also get a cocktail and a quick bite to eat. The place isn't too expensive for a touristy location. Wifi was also good.

The room as well as the bathtub were quite small.

The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for three people, including my parents who thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the hotel.

The hotel did not have any contingency plan. On our last day, the electricity went out, so there were no working lifts to bring the luggage downstairs, and there was no air con.

Overall our stay was brilliant. The only complaint we have is that staff did not explain things like restaurant location , there drinks token system , snack hut location etc. and this made our first day a little stressful. And overall the room pictures in my opinion did not accurately reflect our room.

All the staff was absolutely wonderful they were very polite and very helpful with all the things we asked, specially the reception girls and the entertainer Marc with the long hair dreads was absolutely wonderful and even helped us with places we could see which was a great tip for our trip!
