Gorgeous place. Spacious rooms, very clean, everything is very well taken care of. Very modern, sleek and yet calm design, well isolated rooms, magnificent views. The staff is absolutely amazing, really helpful and genuinely kind and goes above and beyond. The private “beach” and green zones are perfect for kids to play safely, nice music, lazy lizards, great breakfast, and absolutely stunning sunsets from the rooftop. But really - the staff is incredible. We weren’t bothered once with housekeeping and yet it was always clean when we came back to the room. We asked whether we could change rooms and got an upgrade instead. They kept our paella warm for while we watched the sunset yet were worried the rice would be overcooked. They let us pack in peace when we were late for check out. Not a single worry moment. Thank you!

One thing that is more of a preference - we’re not big fans of en-suite bathrooms, it wasn’t very convenient - but again, when we asked if we could change rooms they had a room available with separate bathroom zone which was perfect. The other can be fixed I think: automatic very bright light in the bathroom when you enter… quite annoying by night, especially with kids. Maybe either a regular switch or dimmer or a much lower automatic light option could work better. But it’s a minor thing really.

The staff was extremely helpful and patient, they helped me with all my requests and needs, Carolina and Enric in special got out of their way to accommodate us!

Beautiful property, staff were excellent and it was incredibly clean! The only thing I found it was lacking and should be given the option is an all inclusive package, especially with families. There was also no water and we stayed in the presidential suite and the water was never replenished daily, with the price we paid that’s the least we expected. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel but small adjustments are needed

Water was not replenished Nowhere to refill water although they give you a refill water bottle? No all inclusive option whereas this would be highly beneficial for families We paid for the breakfast buffet all week but on numerous occasions when asked if a certain food would be replenished (one hour before it finished) we were told no Small touches go a long way and we found that it was just lacking those

Can Salia is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed with my family. It is spacious, clean, in very good condition and the seaview is amazing. Traveling with kids is so much easier when they have space to play outside. It was too cold to use the pool but we played football in the grass and played in the sand.

1. We did not get the room we booked: at checkin they said we were moved to another room which supposedly was equal. But this one had no seaview, gardenview or poolview. Instead it looked out at the trash disposal and the road. When I complained the receptionist called the manager and we were upgraded to the presidential suite. 2. There were not many nice restaurants except for the one next door which was really good: CLAB. They have a very nice indoor kids area for the little ones and airhockey, pooltable and other games.

It was our first stay at Can Salia and it won’t be our last. We loved the room and all of the hotel facilities. The curtains were amazing at blacking out the light so we slept well and the cot provided for my little one was really big and lovely. The pools are perfect and the vibe of the hotel is so chilled. We loved the focus on the environment and although we didn’t try out the yoga classes etc they looked amazing. Gym was perfect, my little boy loved the hour or so he spent in the kids club. Staff were always super friendly. Breakfast simple but delicious. Honestly we had such a wonderful time here.

The only two tiny negatives I would say is that the beds could be a bit more comfy and we could have used a bit more storage for clothes in the room - but we were two adults and two children in a one bed room … if there was just two of you it would have been fine!

The location was perfect, our apartment was stunning and our patio looked over the sea and the sunset. The hotel was spotless and beautifully styled and decorated, the staff were amazing, friendly and couldn't do more for us. We only had breakfast once but well worth the money, the buffet was delicious! Heard dinner was good too. The pool area was lovely. The bar on the roof however was stunning, cocktails were delicious and the chap behind the bar was friendly and chatty. Just for noting Ibiza Town was well worth a visit, castle and harbor lovely, Cala Bassa beach gorgeous, didn't do beach club but still used their restaurant and bar and we did a boat trip too which was lovely. Only went for 3 full days but it was enough for a quick break. Nice being quiet too, shout out to Johnny's restaurant 10 min walk away, great food, drinks and staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Can't think of anything! None of the group had anything negative to say about the hotel, great spot, 50 min walk to San Antonio or 10 min drive if you want to stay just outside its ideal.

Perfect setup for families. The pool area was great for the kids (tiles need to be changed to non slip) and the rooftop pool at night was pretty special. Made some great memories! There’s a water park just down the road that’s worth a visit and the beach at Torrent is a typical Ibiza beach with clear water and rocky surrounds. We ate at Sofia’s across the road most days for breakfast, lunch or dinner which was a winner. Can Salia grew on us over the holiday and by day 7 we wanted to stay longer.

Kids club needs improving took one look and left. The food at the restaurant is ok, simplify the menu and you will be on to a winner. Tiles around the pool are a serious accident waiting to happen, everyday someone stacked it! They are points to make a great hotel even better. We will be back, Ibiza rocks…..

Great location. A little bit off the crazy touristic area and gorgeous sunsets… Loved the free yoga classes. Super friendly staff. The rooftop view is amazing.

The bathroom set up is weird especially when you are staying with kids. The toilet door can’t be closed properly, it’s in the bedroom and it has movement lights (whenever you enter the bedroom the light goes on automatically in the toilet room)…

Amazing views, close proximity to beach. Helpful staff and 3 great nights on rooftop bar with excellent music. Calm family pool and wellness sessions. Rooms were cleaned each day. Furnished to a high standard.

Oven/optional table top oven to rent would be helpful addition to kitchennette. My son has allergies and all kitchen facilities would have made the apartment perfect. Bar prices a little high compared to beach restaurant/bars

This was my best hotel in Ibiza till now. Perfect location with a great terrace on the roof to enjoy during the day or at sunset. Clean and well-designed rooms. A very tasty and broad selection of food for breakfast. Tasty lunch. Kind service. If you stay there - go to Cala Bassa beach. Wonderful spot, especially before afternoon.

On the top terrace, I would let fewer people from outside of the hotel (not guests) before the afternoon, as sometimes there is no space for hotel guests. If you want to make your hotel almost perfect - a good idea would be to change the transformer for an automatic light in the bathroom - for a less powerful one. At night the light in the bathroom is too strong. There is a kitchen in the apartment that we have never used. Probably a simple coffee machine would be more useful than the kitchen itself (at least for us, as on holidays we prefer to eat in the hotel restaurant or in restaurants nearby).
