Lovely 4 star hotel room was lovely and big so much room was perfect just want I wanted and had a nice view of the pool. Pool was also nice get given a nice towel use for your stay. We had apartment so didn't use breakfast or order food. But had a coffee few times and all staff around the pool so lovely.

I unfortunately paid alot more but down to booking.com it's self waiting to hear back but don't think I will so won't be using booking.com again for this reason. Be careful when book hotel double check address on Google. But back to this place staff were hit and miss all pool staff so lovely but reception the men all lovely but few the women so so rude and just didn't wanna help I was just leaving my bag on day of check out for 30mins and was like I ask her to climb Everest. Same when I collect it said go get yourself... I went to room was then loads more suitcase mine was right the back the room. I'm not going to touch other people stuff. Anyways don't leave bags with them room not locked and I could of taken anything.

Fantastic location just a minute’s walk from the beach. The pool area, with its bar serving drinks and food, is well-maintained and staffed by friendly personnel. The public areas, including the pool, toilets, and showers, are kept clean. Plenty of food options are within walking distance. The area is relatively quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. It’s an adult only hotel

The air conditioning is quite noisy, which might disturb light sleepers. Additionally, the drinks prices at the pool bar are significantly higher than nearby bars (e.g., 7 EUR for a Corona compared to 3.5 EUR next door). It also appears that the pool is open to the public, leading to potential crowding and limited availability of poolside beds.

I liked the location of the hotel in San Antonio bay. It was really in front of and close to a marvelous beach. Easy to find parking. Also the room was big like a small apartment with a big bathroom, in front of sea balcony, living with kitchenette, and a nice bed. Pizzas were small but tasty and pool was really cool. Part of the staff was very friendly. Can spot the ladies of check in checkout and the guy serving drinks at the pool at lunch time.

The breakfast was somewhat basic. The gym needed a reinvestment as some equipment were old or non functional. The margaritas were not so good.

Those at the reception, around pool or serving breakfast. -Swimming pool and the area around it -Dj every day - swings, decoration, overall ambience - balcony and seaview - cold frappe coffee by the pool - after check out we could still use the pool & luggage storage until our departure to the airport

- for using the safe you need to pay £5 a day, never had that in a hotel before - the beds were hard and not nice to sleep on, pillows long and not nice for sleeping either - the bathroom did smell like drain - if you chose pancakes for breakfast you only get one tiny one - we arrived 1.5 hour sooner, they said there is one room ready, but then they said it is extra 10 for early check in - the beach close to the hotel is not very nice

Really nice location, super helpful and friendly staff. Always ready to point us in the right direction or help us with recommendations. Special thanks to the girl that worked the reception during our stay, she helped us book a boat ride which was amazing. (Think her name was Patri/Patricia?) - Give her a promotion or something, she's doing an amazing job at hospitality and overall customer satisfaction.

It is really difficult to park your car in the neighboorhood the hotel. (But it's our own fault, we should've seen that when we booked the place)

Came here after an absolute debacle at Blau Parc where they point blank refused a name change. Honestly if you are looking for value for money with nice staff - this is the one. The place is clean, the pool area is excellent, with DJs in the afternoon. It’s a bit further out but you can get a water taxi across the bay.

Probs paid a bit more in taxis than we would have but the price of the hotel more than makes up for it- nice views over the bay.

We were told the room was ready when we arrived at 11am, check in wasn’t until 2pm, but if we paid an extra €19 we could go in early, we never asked if the room was ready, we was just this, seems like a quick way to try and extort easy money out of us, if the room was ready anyway what difference would it make if you gave us the key then or at 2pm, was a great way to greet us

Food was amazing and the service around the pool was fantastic! Reception were so helpful too and able to order us taxis when we needed them. Room had a stunning view of the beach too! Would recommend!

The drainage system in the bathroom could have been better. The drain struggled to drain properly after three consecutive showers which caused the bathroom to flood.

Very clean. Decor really fun.beds around the pool were very comfy and plenty of them.

Bar staff round the pool needed more training. He got our drinks wrong, only brought one food then when we sent drinks back they never reappeared! Maid knocked on second morning but we weren’t ready and she never came back so room wasn’t cleaned and towels changed. Walls very thin, I actually thought someone was in our room opening our safe but they were next door!

Great outdoor facilities such as the pool. The outdoor lounging space was very comfortable, friendly staff and everyone in the pool area had a double lounge bed. Food was very tasty and affordable. Overall, lovely stay!

Elevator was quite small as it could only hold 4 people. A little bit far from San Antonio Bay. Getting a taxi to the south side of the island on a evening was very difficult as you're competing with a whole island. Make sure to order from a concierge.
