the staff was lovely, the breakfast was every day the same but rich enough to have choices, dinner was every day different, had it for 4 days and was every time excellent, better then restaurant choices at times. The bed was big and comfortable for the 2 of us and a baby. Great facilities for kids.

The property was great, unfortunatelly 800-90% of the guests were big groups from UK quite loud after 10-12 pm which made it difficult with a baby depending on where the room is located( ours was directly close to the elevator) , I do understand is a holiday resort so people party late so if you go with small kids better ask for a room at the end of the hall. Another anoyying aspect was the fact that throughout our 1 week stay I only saw 1 person taking a shower before using the pool, that was actually disgusting and is sad but I think the hotel has to print and write it big somewhere as they did with the towel policy to remind people of basic community hygine.

Excellent. The food was much better than in the restaurants. In special dinners. Perfect fish with vegetables. Everything really fresh and delicious. It was not 100 kind of food, but everything for eating (not for watching ), coked wit LOVE. If I could write the menu, I couldn't guess that perfect menu for me. I seemed chefs were reading my mind 😅. Clean white room and really white bedsheets Amazing environment. Perfect for children. Thank you very for your hard work 💜

Would be great for families but wasn’t a good fit for us due to so much noise from screaming children - not the hotel’s fault but something to be aware of if you’re not looking for a hotel full of kids. The location is a good hour’s walk to San Antoni; there are buses but it’s not super convenient. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

This property shocked me! I wasn’t expecting much as the reviews were mixed but it was great! The rooms were clean, we stayed in the hotel. There was 22 of us, adults & children! The majority were in the apartments - I would book an apartment if I came back for the extra space! Rooms were a good size for a couple with a baby, the cot was perfect! Bathroom and bedroom clean! Balcony clean & safe! Room felt secure! Staff were friendly! Pools clean, breakfast lovely! We had a great time! Staff so friendly! Lifeguards would often bring us shades for the baby too, so lovely!

Only feedback would be to have tables by the pool with the sunbeds as drinks kept being knocked over :)

The location where the hotel is in San Antonio is very good. Hotel rooms were very clean, the shower and bathroom were spacious and the water pressure was very good too. Comfortable bed as well with plenty of room lightening.

The worst thing is that it is far (30 minutes taxi) from the clubs so every time you have to catch a taxi and the taxi availability especially from 17:00 till 21:00 is a nightmare. It is something at the end of the day that the hotel has nothing to do with.

The staff on arrival were friendly. My room wasn’t ready so I had a drink in the bar area and the staff were also nice. The room had the air con already on when I got into the room, so it was lovely and cool. I stayed here alone in the room but was on a group holiday, and felt safe. The rooms are old and basic but extremely clean and a great base for the holiday.

Little bit tired in some areas, but for the price and the time I spent at the hotel, I cannot complaint.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly, especially Bruno 🙂 The food was very good and every day was something new to try . Many shops and activities around .

The property doesn’t provide a parking space in case you are having a car and the nearest sandy beach will be at around 10min to drive .

Fantastic pools and really clean toilets in the pool area. Staff always friendly especially Rosa on reception.

Can’t really say anything bad about the hotel , it’s a what you get for a 3 star rating.

Breakfast was good but Vegetarian options were less. Location wise it's little far from Center. By bus it took 20 minutes to reach San Antonio center. Nearest beach to this hotel is not good so only option is to go to the beach at Centre.

Nothing as such.. Everything was good.value for money.
