The room was ok, it had almost everything you need except for a coffee maker. The balcony is a great addition to the room and we liked it. Hot water was not an issue, we also had shampoo + shower gel in the room. The property is close to Vassiliki Port, in 3-5 minutes you are there. There is plenty of room to park the car in front of the property or nearby. We really liked that the rooms were cleaned daily and we also had our towels changed when we wanted.

You have to bare in mind that the rooms are very small, we had to unpack everything as soon as we got there as there was no room to move. I would have appreciated if the wardrobe had shelves instead of hangers, but we managed. The AC was not working properly however it might have been also due to the extreme heat that we encountered in July; it leaked inside the room mainly in the mornings. Sometimes there is noise from scooters or garbage truck, but if you sleep with the windows closed, it is fine.

We did not meet the hotel staff, stayed only one night, arrived late and left early. But they left us the keys and sent us a message where to get it, then we left it there again. The hotel is good, new, modern. The room is clean, pleasant, tidy. It's a small town, 5 minutes walk to restaurants and the beach. We were out of season, but I definitely recommend it for a stopover while traveling.

Clean, renovated. The room was cleaned every day. Good internet connection.

Not very good location. It looks like you are in a field, with a lot of bush around it.

The property is located at 5mins walking from the seaport and all the taverns. The room was very tidy and the housekeepers cleaned it every day. Also, the towels and the sheets were refreshed at every 2-3 days. The breakfast was ok, with different types of pastries, eggs, yogurt, cheese and fresh fruits.

The Ac seemed not to be working properly, but even though it was not that bad.

Everything was beyond expectations. The room is very clean and has new furniture, everyday the room is cleaned and they changed your sheets and towels. You have everything u need for a good staying. You can park the car near the hotel for free. The breakfast was the same every morning, it’s not that varied, but it was good… we will come back for sure

The location of the place is great, just 1min walk to main street of beautiful village Vasiliki and 3min to the port. It has its own parking which is very important for Vasiliki which has a very narrow streets. The breakfast is great although it could have more vegan options. People working there are very kind and helpful. Greetings for Jorgos working at the breakfast who was telling us every day tips and recommendations what to visit and where to go in Lefkada. The room has a new furniture and great lighting options. Great windows with motorised blinds and mosquito net which gave us the privacy we lacked. It was very clean and cleaned everyday I think. Perhaps maybe that was little too much but it was ok for us. And just a heads up - reception for this facility and breakfast is in the other hotel, Grand TheoNi but it's just 1min walk so it was not a problem for us.

The room needs more places where you can hang clothes and dry them. Cleaning lady was doing good job but she is taking stuff from our room thinking it was trash but it wasn't. For example we have left some opened chocolate bar on the fridge with some chocolate left in it and she trow it away. Same thing with some empty plastic bags we were keeping for our dirty clothes. The walls are very thin and you can hear the people from other rooms. And the balconies did't provide enough privacy so we did't spent so much time on them.

Great place located just next to the centre with nice staff. My room was very nicely decorated, definitely a high class standard and felt very comfy. I got balcony with view on mountains on which I could chill pleasantly. Hotel is in a quiet area, I didn't noticed any unpleasant noises. At an additional 8€ I was offered really nice breakfast with lots of things to choose in a 4* hotel nearby (which is owned by same person). Definitely recommend. In my opinion the price/value ratio is just unheard of!

It would be just fussing to say anything bad about the place.

I must say that the cleaning lady did great job, it was super clean and she changed towels every day.

AC direction is at the bed so it’s not very practical, room we stayed at is very small. I must say that there is space to place AC in another direction. Location is not that good.

We ve got a free upgrade to a better room and we ere very happy about it. The noice from the street is impossible to avoid but you get used to it. Staff was nice and helpful, always ready for any question !
