You feel like in a green village while being so close to the capital -which is a great thing in my eyes! + Very clean and comfy room with all the conveniences needed (kettle, small kitchen, spacious and clean private bathroom) + Beautiful outdoor green space for use of the guests and an indoor common space with board games, books etc - the space in the building seems to be really well thought out + Very good quality/price ratio, especially for a place so close to Warsaw and for solo travellers + Free coffee at the reception and tea/instant coffee at your disposal

Everything was really perfect! The only thing that I reported to the staff was that I did not have warm water in the middle of the night (I was there for a music festival so came back really late at night). Their reaction was just as it should be: they thanked me, explained that it's a matter of boiler settings and that they will take care of it. Another small thing to be aware of is that the building is quite acoustic, so if you have sensitive ears you should take your earplugs.

Renovated, comfy, very nice yard. We got room on the first floor, so we had a small terrace right next to cherry tree (and we visited right at the time when berries were ripe). Small kitchen in the room with all we needed. Clear instructions how to check-in after hours and overall very fast and clear communication in perfect english. Also we got offered a coffee in the morning. We stayed only one night and the property has parking on its premises and it's right next to the main road around the Warsaw, which was very convenient for us.

Can't complain, very nice place, would stay again

Very cozy and stylish guest house with small, but comfortable rooms. Small kitchenette in the room, plus a big communcal kitchen to heat up your meals and eat. Located on the outskirts of the city in a residential area, but it was on our way by the autoroute, so not a problem for us. Parking inside behind the gate, a big yard to sunbathe or spend your evening. Friendly hosts who offer you a good complementary coffee :)

It's close to Warsaw, but in a quiet area with private villas. It was convenient to check in and use parking gates even late at night just calling the number they give you in advance. The staff is very friendly! And the hotel is pet friendly with a lovely backyard for spending free time outdoors or having barbecue. Recommend!

The sound isolation was weak, so you hear everything outside. But the neighbors were quiet, so not a big trouble with this.

First of all - we felt like at home! The staff was very kind, the room was very clean, amenities and sizes of it were just perfect. Thoughtful welcome gifts were also perfect. The private bathroom was spacious and very clean. A quiet neighborhood is a nice plus, however being far away from the city center has its price - open windows welcome mosquitos :)) window nets could be an idea for later if rooms are not having AC. We felt extra safe having a room (which was on the ground floor), as the room door was lockable, the house door was lockable and the house was fenced with also lockable gates. Also, we are feeling super thankful to the owners for having a smooth way to check us in after reception working hours, which happened due to our unsuccessful arrival to the city.

- AC in the room was the only thing that we missed, as we visited in the hot summer. - Distance from the city center could be taken into consideration - it is 40min by bus from Warsaw West or Central stations (just don't forget to push the button for the driver to stop at the bus stop, we learned this lesson the hard way haha) with the frequency of 15/30min, or ~20min by car/taxi (cost was around 5Eur by BOLT taxi from Warsaw West very late at night, which was a great deal for us). Even if the Apart Hotel S8 seems far on the map, the location is still in Zone 1 for the daily transport ticket of Warsaw, which costs less than 4Eur.

We really appreciated the stay at Apart Hostel S8! The location was great, close to a large park where we went running and close to the city and local grocery stores. The hostel has a big garden which we used for dinners in the open. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The best part of this hotel was the really friendly staff. Even though I arrived much earlier than I booked (3 a.m. compare to 3 p.m.), the manager was able to answer the call and figure out what to do. Initially, she was about to come to the hotel at 5 a.m. to check me in, luckily, another visitor haven't checked in, and the keys were in a locker, so she gave me a passcode to move in on my own. That was really amazing because, otherwise, I would stay at Warshaw bus station for a night. The hotel also had multiple facilities, board games, a bbq zone, children's toys, so I would be really happy to stay by next time I would be visiting Warshaw.

I liked everything, but it was a bit too cold at night, which is not surprising since it was winter, and the sound isolation of the corridor was a bit poor because I could hear every visitor from my room when they were walking in the corridor. But these are minor problems, so in general, I would say that it was an extremely pleasant experience.

Room exceeded our expectations. We booked the room for Taylor Swift concert and we were pleasantly surprised. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to Zabka supermarket. It is new, modern and big sized. Only minus I could find is a bit small bed for two persons. Otherwise, everything is excellent and we will definitely come back another time ;)

Even though we did not expect to have an kitchen, there was an kitchenette corner in our room with all basic cooking equipment. So one can prepare his breakfast or simple meal without problem. Additional facilities (like microwave) are in common area. Rooms are pretty new, nicely furnished and clean. There are some groceries (also LIdl ) and some restaurants + fast food places in the area. There is possibility to order food delivery and instructions are written or given by kind staff.

A minor disturbance is a bit insufficient sound insulation but as we were tired of travelling this did not disturb us.

hard to approach and somehow, bolt, dott or other scooters don't work while going these area. but it works from there to other places. anyway use only bus to go there (or car)
