Best decision made was to stay here. We were looking for a place to stay that wasn’t far from Venice airport. We loved it! So glad we signed up for the wine tour. It was great! Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was amazing. The property is gorgeous. We also found a place nearby to have dinner called Rocca’s. It was within walking distance. It was one of our favorite places to eat in Italy. Hope to visit again someday!

We had a hard time finding the reception office. It was in the wine room area. No clear marking on door/widow.

The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious The team was absolutely wonderful. They accommodated our late arrival with no problem, allowing us to check in after hours, which was incredibly helpful. They even left us a lovely plate of cold cuts, knowing that all the restaurants were already closed — such a thoughtful touch! We really appreciated the warm hospitality and the beauty of the place. We would happily stay there again and recommend it to others.

While the bathroom and shower were a bit outdated, it honestly didn’t bother us at all — everything was clean and functional.

Wonderful place - a Venetian villa, a vineyard, a beautiful ancient park, guests are greeted with a glass of prosecco, the loft where we lived is very spacious, comfortable, clean, has everything you need for a stay, a beautiful view from the windows and most importantly you feel like you have traveled back in time. Very good breakfast, great variety and choice. The staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. Be sure to book a tasting, the guide Francesco's enchanting stories and an impressive tasting, deep traditions and modernity. I really liked it. Their wine and prosecco are amazing, we left with full baskets, we also bought their glasses with the castello sign. Great experience and a great time.

My stay at Castello di Roncade was simply unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a kind and attentive staff. The castle is a true historical treasure — elegant, majestic, and yet incredibly inviting, surrounded by stunning vineyards that make the setting even more magical. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, blending classic charm with all the modern comforts. Sleeping in a castle is a unique experience, and the nighttime silence of the property makes it all the more special. The wines produced there are exceptional, and the guided tasting was one of the highlights of the stay. Learning about the estate’s history and the winemaking process directly from people who are truly passionate about what they do was a real privilege. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the Veneto region — though honestly, it makes you not want to leave the castle at all! All the staff (whom I prefer to call friends) are wonderful and extremely kind, especially Francesco and Thomás. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic, romantic, and history-filled experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B in Castle Roncade. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Our apartment was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our family, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The decor was cozy and rustic, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, offering great value for money. We appreciated the shaded parking spots, and the entire property was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The 300-year-old trees, massive magnolia trees as tall as houses, banana trees, and much more added to the charm. We would love to return and felt very welcome and comfortable as a family.

A truly unique experience. The rooms are in great condition, It's clean. There is a huge garden where the kids can play. The fact that it's a winery and you can buy wine.

If you want to go out of your room but stay in the castle there aren't many options. Basically we just bought a bottle of wine and sat on the stairs near the main building. The garden area of the castle is quite dark and the only light is the light that shines on the main building. All the restaurants in the area with walking distance are only open after 7:00 p.m. so if you are with small kids, you'll need to drive about 10-15 minutes to a different city

Loved the location - a peaceful and stunningly beautiful castle, two minutes walk from many restaurants, 15 minutes drive to the airport, 2 hrs to mountains, and 45 minutes to Caribe Bay. The building and staff felt 5* Particularly liked the fixed insect screens on all the windows, the stylish and high quality decor, and the huge bathroom. Air conditioning was good. There is a small children’s play area with swings and trampoline. We were told there was a pool in the next garden but didn’t visit it. Top quality wine for very cheap price!

We were only given one key at check in which was annoying. Then it stopped working. But things can go wrong anywhere and we were swiftly given a replacement by the castle’s owner. The air conditioning controls have extremely bright blue lights on them which are very annoying at night in the sofa bed area. We used our first aid kit to tape cardboard over them so our child could sleep but feel the castle should make a better solution for this. The gardens are beautiful but also many mosquitoes - cover up your skin if outside in the evening!!

Splendid: an original 16th-century villa with a couple of rooms in the villa itself and some more in the historic towers. Excellent service. Plus a Prosecco, red and white wine winery attached, which can be visited and its products tasted and bought. And a splendid historic garden. Good breakfast. Parking available within the compound.

That a historic bathroom has neither a window nor ventilation can be excused. A wine tour with limited knowledge possibly less.

Location was really wonderful, with an awesome courtyard and a Venetian style restored villa. We had a top tower room which was huge and kind of empty. The room had a medieval atmosphere with huge wooden roof beams visible. The added bathroom was OK, nice towels and good toiletries, everything working properly. Initially the room served as the defense tower platform and was converted in a room sometimes after the defense needs wasn't there anymore. Parking was perfect, inside the property and very secure.

Staying in the B&B of this castle is a very unique experience. You can feel that you are not in a sterile hotel, but in an actually working winery and in the residence of a noble family. During our stay we saw tractors working in the yard, a group of gardeners maintaining the beautiful garden, but in the room we had perfect comfort and peace. For me one of the most spectaculaer things were the beautiful and very old trees in the garden. We could park or car in the yard of the castle under the walls in just a few steps from our room. Our room was on top of one of the towers, which was also a unique experience (the towers are on the corners of the walls, the high structures of the main buildings are chimneys as we got to know it). The wine tasting program was very nice, we could try a lot of the winery's fine products, which could also be purchased for reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and professional. I'm sure we will be back in this castle.

The castle doesn't have a restaurant and there are not many restaurants in Roncade, especially in walking distance (which is the only option after a good and thorough wine tasting). We were here in the week of Ferragosto, so almost all of these few restaurants were closed, but of course it is not the fault of the Castello.
