First time abroad as a solo traveller,first night my heating broke so I told staff the next day..I was moved rooms straight away,and had my own bathroom too,they gave me croissants, a jug of milk for my English tea,and came back after a day out to daffodils in my room and a note...made my stay perfect.. Near to the tram for Venice which was ideal. Very clean too. Friendly staff made me feel I wasn't alone. Tram was a cheap return ticket with a tobbaconist on the corner of the road to purchase a ticket. Thank you for a lovely stay x

It was a bit daunting as a first time solo traveller to arrive in the dark to a self check in But I was sent a list of what to do,door codes etc. I arrived at night which didn't help...but obviously not the residences fault of my flight times!

The room was great, clean and beautiful with daily clean service. The bathroom is outside, but just opposite the main door to the room and very spacious. A lot of vintage furniture that is too beautiful and unique. I especially like the balcony, so so great to have a sit outside in the evening after a 20km walking day ;) There's a coffee machine so you can drink for free, oranges juice in the morning, a lot of cookies & tea available. The owner was friendly and very responsive. Definitely come back later

The distance to public transportation is a bit far, around 10 mins walk, but it is totally fine for me.

Very beautiful decor, perfectly clean, they clean your room every day, there is a perfect cafe outside for breakfast and the train #1 that gets you to Venice in 20min is a less than 10min walk from there. If we come back to Venice we will definitely stay here again.

The only thing is the first night I couldn’t sleep very well because the walls are quite thin and the neighbours were pretty loud and the opening, closing and locking of the doors was very loud. The other night I slept perfectly.

Clean room in Venice style, also very clean bathroom & toilet (shared for 2 rooms, but it is absolutely no problem). Clear check-in/ check-out instructions and smooth, fast check-in process. We came 2 hours before official check-in and our room was already prepared for us. Very nice staff in this Residence. Good location, a few minutes to tram T1 (Ca´Rossa Bissuola stop) which takes you directly to Venice and also a few minutes to bus 15 (27 Ottobre stop) - direct connection to Marco Polo Airport. Short walk to Centrum of Mestre with a lot of bars, restaurants & shops. Nice Aurora bar is very good for breakfast and it is only 100 m far.

There is some traffic noise from the street which you can hear through the windows, but the cars didn't drive at night, so you can sleep very well :-)

Very cute room with Venetian style furniture. Complimentary coffee/tea/cookies. Land lord was super friendly and always helpful, really nice and gave great tips! Everything we needed was taken care of immediately. Room was clean, beds are comfortable. Bathroom was private and ok big. We also had a little balcony and there is a safe in the room.

Cleanliness in the bathroom could be a bit more accurate - hair in the shower. Not many but noticeable with a close look.

Room was so nice, spacious, clean. you can prepare coffee/tea in the room. Also bathroom was clean. Paola and lady from room service were really kind. Tram to Venice is in close direction, and after all day in crowded Venice you will enjoy quite area:)

The walls are really thin, we had problems with noisy neighbors first night but Paola was so nice and promised to speak with them and there was no problem the other nights. bathrooms were shared and when you turn on light also ventilator turn on which is not very good especially during the night. Also some people should show some respect and dont speak too loud during night but its not the apartments fault:):)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say that the management's handling of the issues arising from my schedule was truly remarkable. I truly felt welcomed and valued as a guest. What struck me the most was the cozy atmosphere that the hotel workers managed to create. The common areas were tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the design, with comfortable seating areas and soft lighting, provided a perfect setting to relax after a long day exploring Venice. The ambiance was soothing, allowing me to unwind and recharge for the next day's adventures. The hotel room itself was clean, well-maintained. Due to an error made by the booking system I had to change rooms in a hurry and without being able to be present at this operation because I had to be at the festival from 6 am. Believe me a promptness and goodwill rarely found I had the pleasure to experience. The way they moved my luggage from one room to another was such a delicate precision that it made me feel as if they were "real artists in the field of restoration" . You will probably wonder if I was afraid that things would disappear? Yes, be, but to my great satisfaction none of this has happened. Not even a crumpled paper has disappeared. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking exceptional hospitality and impeccable service. The management's ability to handle unexpected situations with such grace and professionalism truly sets them apart. It was a pleasure to be a guest at this hotel, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Everything was excellent❤️ Ushould take a walk 10 min to reach bus stop but it was okay for us. Caffe, tabacchi shop and loundry was near. Interior is in vintage style and that was awsome. Also there coffee machine and some cookies in the living room. Staff is very kind and helpful. If we ever come to venice again , we would come here✨🤌🏻

Lovely spacious, clean, economical stay in Venice. You shared a bathroom with one other room & it had a washing machine which was so useful. There was a sink in your room which was handy. The ornate bars on your window meant you could have fresh air securely. It was quiet there too. The staff were lovely & answered Whatsapp to help me with public transport options.

It was further from Venice island & main train station than I expected, but the tram & bus stops were close by. And that's why it was peaceful & inexpensive. Also, of you do intend to catch a.bus or tram get a ticket before you get on, they don't have a tap credit card option as Rome does.

The property is in close vicinity of the train station (150 meters or so) which goes directly to Venice. The tabbaco shop where you can get tickets for Venice (train+vaporetto) is about 30 meters away. The best rated pizzeria is located about 400 meters away, as well as another one closer to the property (we preferred this one). The host Paola is amazing and helpful and provided us with all directions and helpful advice. The staff is also friendly and the property is clean. The free parking in front of the property (gated) drastically reduces the costs if you plan to go by train to Venice. The centre of Mestre is also walking distance and has a nice walking area with restaurants. We were offered tea, cookies and coffee at the property and got food for breakfast and snacks from Spar in the centre of Mestre - prosciutto, mozzarella, some salads (for those that are looking to have an amazing experience for a decent price). Overall it was amazing, check in and out was smooth and the convenience of the location, transport, free parking and helpfulness of the hosts made it an amazing trip as we didn’t spend extra time figuring those things out. 10/10.
