The hotel staff were very friendly. They helped us a lot with a lot of information. They helped us to register in the city online. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean. We used luggage storage after check in. Very nice hotel.

Lighting of the hotel may be considered to improve. Nothing else. Thank you 😊

very helpful staff, great breakfast with amazing variety, close to tram station taking you to Venice in minutes (€3 return ticket) clean and comfortable room. walking distance to little town centre with many restaurants and opportunities for an evening walk

I would say the property is outdated but it didn’t bother us. we saw on the photos what we were booking and it was pretty accurate. I think the retro style gives great climate to the whole picture.

Stayed for two nights on route to the Uk, so we could spend a day in Venice. Hotel staff friendly and welcoming. Centre of Mestre short walk to hotels and bars. We bought a travel card for 25euros each to use the tram or bus to Venice and also gives you access to the water buses and visited Murano Island too. Beware of the scammers at the bus station. Were offered help to buy our tickets and luckily we weren’t caught out. Same guy helped some Japanese tourists and distracted them and stole their card. Felt we had a luck escape.

Our plug adapters didn’t work, only in the bathroom!

As was expected, quite old hotel, but clean, in decent condition, almost everything was working properly. Room with a fridge and nice big bathroom, air conditioning. Room not very spacy, but for 1-2 night stand should be enough. Few minutes walk to bus/tram terminal, where you can buy tickets and travel to Venice (about 20 minute of ride). I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast - it was very rich to Italy - eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, vegetable and lot of sweet options.

Card reader in room was not working - needed hack with piece of paper. At breakfast, coffee machine not working properly - it was difficult to get good cup of coffee. Parking is quite complicated - hotel cannot guarantee a place for you and it was already full in the afternoon (when we arrived). The parking lot in front of the hotel is acceptable for one night stand, but parking there all day would be costly.

The location and the breakfast were wonderful. The English speaking staff were incredibly helpful in getting us oriented and answering all of our questions. Easy public transportation access to Venice and Marco Polo airport.

The refrigerator was not very cold. The room's thermometer was not intuitive to use and we wished for a cooler temperature.

It was very close to central station to go to venice centre. The staff at front desk was very helpful. With the information we get from them, it was so easy to visit everywhere in venice. The breakfast was very good and enough. Good hotel for short stay. I prefer again if i visit venice.

The room needs to be renovation and a bit small for 3 of us. But for short stay not important issue.

Hotel is close to the public transport stops which you should use to get to the Venice town. The breakfast is quite standard, you can eat for whole day. We didnt have any issue to park our car right in front of the hotel for free and feel very safe in the neigbourhood. You should visit the Maestre town center which is near in walking distance.

They can fix the letters on the hotel building, some of them are not visible in the night.

The lady at reception was lovely when my friend and I arrived around 10pm at night. The man at reception in the morning was also very helpful. The room is basic but was very clean and comfortable with wifi suitable for browsing on social media. It was great value for money, with a breakfast buffet included. The nearby bus stop will take you to Venice in about 15mins.

Amazing Breakfast and good location to Venice

Room was too warm during the night although the Hotel warned us it was difficult to sleep during the night. Might have as well requested for a table fan!

We had a very pleasant experience beginning with the staff at the reception, the room, excellent breakfast, everyday room cleaning. Very closed to tram station for Venice.
