The room was really incredible. The most beautiful room I've stayed in. It is exactly like on the pictures: big windows and incredible view on the valley. It was super clean, I've never seen a hotel room that clean in India. The staff was very friendly. It was well located, just near the clock tower. Also great to have a kettle.

Unfortunately my shower was broken so the staff told me I had to bath with the tap and the bucket. But at least there was hot water. It was also cold in the room as there is no heater.

We booked 2 rooms, one 3 bedded and one double. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. The hotel ambience is good. Staffs are friendly. Located on a straight road from the Keventer's crossing. Around 200 mts from the Mall road crossing as they claim. The bed warmers provided in rooms were really helpful in the chilly winter. Room blower was available at an extra charge. Restaurant service is available in the hotel.

The hotel does not have a lift. With rooms on the third floor climbing stairs was a challenge. They were not ready to provide breakfast in room at first, which meant a lot of up and down for us. However, they agreed to serve breakfast in room finally, though a little grudgingly. The windows of the double bed room opens to a blank wall. No views available. Food taste in the in house restaurant is average.

location was great and our room had a great view. the staff was really great. the food was not bad.

the room looked bigger in the photos on booking.com. but otherwise we were happy with our room and the view. great location too.

The staff is very kind and attentive. Both Ankit and Aniket were. Single rooms available with reasonable price and nice location where you can get to Chowrasta square and the New Super Market jeep stand on foot in 10 mins. Means it is not noisy in the neighborhood also. The room was not very cold either. The bed was clean and I didn't need to use my sleeping bag.

Nothing major! Except that hot shower is 247 available but you should do it rather quickly. (It goes the same in India in general especially in high regions where fuels and water can run short easily.)

Hospitality is superb. Very warm behaviour of all staff of this hotel. room is clean. Wifi is available on every floor. location is very good. A few minutes walking distance from mall road and Darjeeling station. Overall very good hotel.

First of all, the quality of the food that serve at dinner was not up to the mark although the price of this was very high considering the amount and taste of the food. The room was clean but not spacious according to the price tag. My room that I booked from booking.com was a double room with mountain view, but when I entered the room I found that no mountain can be viewed from the room and it's a general double bedroom. so before giving an advertisement on the website, the hotel authority should be more responsible and honest about the description of the actual room's condition and facilities. Overall the hotel is good considering its location and hospitality.

Foul smell. Wash room flow of Tap water not checked before check in. Mosquito inside the room bcz no ambiance,No mineral water bottle, provided with only RO water. Chargeable mineral water bottle of local production. That too higher than MRP. PLUS ABOVE ALL THE PRICE DIFFERENCE ON UR ONLINE OF THE SAME DATE.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Great location, and really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay was the staff. All of the people were incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. I would definitely visit this property again.

The staff were very amiable and attentive. The hotel is in close proximity to Mall Road.

We had some problems with water not flowing in the washroom. We were shifted to a new room, so all was good. But there was some delay and deliberation.
