The staff are absolutely WONDERFUL at this hotel. The facilities are great, myself and my daughter had a wonderful massage in the spa and it was one of the very best I have ever had. The pool/spa area was great, but was VERY busy at almost all times of the day, and also felt that it was not kept as clean as it could have been. One of the jacuzzi was especially scummy. But overall for a small hotel, the spa had everything you could want, 2 hottubs, 2 saunas, a steam room. We stayed in a suite with a second floor loft. My daughter slept in the loft area in a single bed. We had a separate bedroom with a large king bed. The room was large and very spacious for European standards. Excellent toiletries. Room cleaned 2 times per day. The rugs and the furniture in the rooms are becoming a little run down and should be replaced soon, and the room is dark, but not something that made me feel that I would not return. Breakfast was adequate, and they kept the buffet refilled. Excellent to order hot drinks and eggs to your liking. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and it was excellent and the staff and service A+. We would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Staff are exceptionally friendly. Hotel and spa are both clean and well decorated. Food is tasty. Location is perfect for the slopes (5 min walk) and bars and restaurants. Massages at the spa are very relaxing.

Children are allowed in the spa, which means it can be noisy and not so relaxing, but this seems to be common in France. The hot tub in the spa is not very hot. The bedrooms were 1 or 2 degrees too cold, and there is no way of controlling the temperature of the room. Our room was a little dark (503). It was unclear if cooked to order options were available for breakfast. There was no menu, so we assumed it was just the buffet, which is vast but mainly cold plus scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. However, we did hear someone order an omelette, so maybe hot options are available if you are in the know.

Staff were so kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet was fresh and well stocked each morning. Spa facilities were not busy and a were a very welcome end to a day on the slopes

It was a shame that the lovely hotel bar was not well used, and so lacked atmosphere. This meant that we didn't tend to stay in the hotel in the evening. A more substantial bar menu may have helped.

Very friendly staff, nice room, ideally located and very central. Spa was well equipped and provided a nice place to relax on our day off from friends/family.

Shower wasn't ideal and pointed directly across the bathroom, not a proper shower fitting and more for rinsing. Pushy to leave breakfast once the clock ticked finish time.

Central location, integrated ski hire, storage and boot room. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent, helpful and could not do enough for guests. Rooms were spacious, well maintained and with high quality furnishings. I hurt my knee during the trip, and the hotel team couldn’t do more to help. I had my leg elevated and iced in the bar, with a glass of wine in hand!

Big rooms, allow for dogs, really nice staff allowed us to check in early and nothing was too much of a problem. Great location !!!

Like all large hotels if you have people coming in at 3 in the morning and they are in the room above you are going to hear it.

Location is very central, walking distance from the ski lift, best restaurants and shops. Hotel is very nicely decorated, rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and bath tub. Staff and concierge were very professional and helpful. The Spa is quite enjoyable, with steam bath, 2 saunas, 2 jacuzzis and a pool. Good international breakfast overall, with both sweet and savory options. We would definitely stay again...

Unfortunately the room TV is not connected, nor using ChromeCast or Apple Play available in order to link the TV with devices. The difficulty to reach the reception from the room phone. Hotel staff must be careful with kids playing in the pool and being constantly very noisy, which is ruining a little the experience...

The room was cozy and beds comfortable. The spa was just perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were kind, helpful and professional.
