All the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Andrew at reception, whose kindness and genuine care truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was seamless and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. His friendly attitude and helpful recommendations made a real difference and set the tone for a wonderful experience. The rooms was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, and the hotel amenities were excellent. Whether it was the delicious breakfast, the spotless common areas, or the efficient housekeeping, everything was top-notch. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thanks to Andrew and the rest of the amazing team, we look forward to returning on my next trip!

Love the how spacious it was, and it has full amenities that I needed. I have to commend the staff who were very friendly and helpful especially the security manager, Jack Zhao. He has been very helpful when we checked out to get our transport to the airport. He helped with the luggages, tried to find our driver (who was lost) and also helped to communicate with the driver to get to the correct location.

The location wasa bit off. There were a couple malls right by the place but most of the touristy spots are quite far from the hotel. Also, i thought having the washing machine and the dryer in the bedroom was super weird, it made a lot of noise when using and I couldn't sleep well. So we were unable to wash or dry our clothes during bedtime...

The location of the hotel was very good, our flat was big and clean and it was next to a big shopping centre with a lot of restaurants and cafes. Unfortunately, no one could speak English so they could help us. The breakfast was awful, not English and Irish, as they mentioned in the details. The bed wasn't comfortable, it wasn't smooth, it was like laying on stone.

Great service all round especially the room service responded efficiently to all requests. Spacious apartment with good furnishing and nice tea making set provided but note the chinese teas provided are chargeable, so BYO. Breakfast has good variety of chinese food and some changes daily.

Location a little far from the main attractions but there is easy access to metro or ride hailing. There is a big shopping mall across the road.

Great facilities, spacious room, good cleaning standard. Good supplies. I particularly appreciated being on the top floor. Breakfast is average, most days I preferred to eat outside even if it was included in the price. Didn't take advantage of the gym or the pool. Convenient location for my needs, the One shopping mall next door has got everything one may need.

Staff is not very used to foreigners or not speaking Chinese but will do their best to help

This was a returned stay after a very good experience. As usual, the reception service is impeccable.with special mention on Ms Abby Wu Mr Alex Zheng and Jeff Xu. Friendly and ready to attend to any queries. Even the security doubled up to assist seniors like us with the luggages. Needless to say the apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Stayed here 2 nights with my family. The rooms were nice and clean, and the place is conveniently located across a big shopping mall. There is a washing machine cum dryer in the apartment but the laundry took multiple rounds of drying before the clothes were completely dried. Water speed in the shower was a little slow.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Firm and comfortable bed.Siemen washing machine with dual functions for washing and drying. Daily room service. Very friendly and helpful staffs especially Ms Anna and Ms Jemma Wu. Big mall just across the road with many eateries and a big supermarket. Definitely good value for money.

The hotel boasts a very good location, close to the software park and shopping centre. The room was well-equipped and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. It featured voice control for managing the air conditioning, lights, and curtains.

The shower door and bathroom door design is quite weird.
