The beds and pillows are amazing! To the extend that I inquired where to buy the pillows :-) The sushi restaurant was great and the service in general was on par. Good value for money. Food was decent, cocktails at the pool were always flowing and there are some good wine choices for dinner.

Bees and chitre's are a problem. I got stung by a bee on our first day there and on the second night while having dinner outside the chitres ate us alive. My husband had 27 bites and I had at least half of that. Do not come here without bringing your bug spray or if you are allergic to bees!

The hotel, food, and staff were great! I would definitely recommend this place and go back. Pool area was big and had lots of seating. Swim up bar with music and food. We had a great time. Several restaurants on the property. Food was good.

The hotel gets very busy on the weekends because they offer day passes. Lots of kids and teenagers. They need to do a better job of managing them and making sure the bathrooms are accessible and kept clean.

Some things are too overpriced there so if you don’t buy the full package, you will have to pay a lot extra. And also, you should have more diversity in the activities of the night, to make the stay even cooler.

The property's best feature is its location, in front of the Pacific Ocean, which offers a magnificent view of the Panama Canal ship entrance. It is a well-maintained, clean, beautiful, and spacious building surrounded by nature with everything needed to stay relaxed. Having visited the venue several times, I can affirm that it is the best option for a beach hotel near Panama City. It suits families, couples, or lonely, leisure or business travel.

The front desk staff could be more polite.

Everything, except the discount in the daily fare that I was entitled to have as a retired person.

My sister and I are both retired teachers. In Panama, almost every sale or service give you a discount (sizeable) if you are retired. The recepcionist of the hotel, however, said that because the booking was made by the site of Booking.com, we were not entitled to the discount. I found this affirmation unfair but thete was nothing we could do.

Great pools, outdoor spaces and friendly staff that were fun to be around!

Lack of cantina choices to have drinks in room versus always having to go to lobby or pool bar.

My wife and I stay here several times every year. We always reserve "All Inclusive" ..... it is the only way to stay at this resort! Also, always an Ocean view.. One of the best resorts we have stayed at and we are international travelers.

To Serve plastic cubs at the Pool should be forbidden they fly in the Pool. Also at the breakfast you can choose to take Plastik cups instead of glasses, which shouldn't be done nowadays.

Friendly staff, wonderful poolside experience, exquisite fine dining. Formal dinners have lobster, rack of lamb, and NY Steaks - (see images) you’re easily getting $120 per person dinner value and depending on how much you drink from $80-200 per day in poolside cocktails (Expresso Martini, Johnny Black and Coke, etc). Thats on top of the buffet breakfast with made to order eggs, buffet or Al la carte lunch, unlimited poolside snacks like hamburgers, hotdogs, and pizzas. Also included is unlimited ice cream, specialty coffees, and a warm kid friendly environment. The nighttime heats up with live salsa dancing and indoor dancing that spills out of the AC onto the veranda. Very hard to beat!

Beach has sand, but coarse rather than powdered. Still better than Riu Hato and 2 hours less of a commute.
