At late night I reached hotel which was approximately 35-40 kms away from airport, first they absolutely said no to check in. Just imagine you book your hotel and at night around 12.30 am they say no to you in the very new city, where will you go? Pathetic behavior. I don't feel safe booking from this app. Every time you book from here, they don't accept you to enter the hotel, no one is there to help you. I feel unsafe booking from booking ( booking.com ) Booked room was different with a good ventilation and big windows, actual room given was different without any kind of ventilation. No soap, no shampoo, not even drinking water given. After asking for shampoo and soap. Only soap provided. Drinking water I had to purchased from them.

The property in the photos was clean but the actual room was a bit disappointing and the mentioned facilities were missing there was no shower no tv connection and the room was not clean there was no cleaning done

I liked the location only.

I pre booked a room for four of our family members including me although the pre-booking didn't charge us but we didn't get the room we booked .. rather we got separate rooms which we didn't wish for, we stayed because they said after one night the room with four accomodation would be available, the next day after we changed our room we found a lot of cockroaches upon complaining they spraid "Hit spray" but whenever we left the room the cockroaches arrived again, out of this we had to separate the keyholder so that the room's lights could be stayed on when none of us is in the room, the staff was rude on asking for these amenities they didn't even reply properly and also no housekeeping services were provided, unfortunately we got to know we need to stay long so we stayed for more than 2 nights and nobody among the staff came for atleast changing the bed sheets even. And lastly the WiFi only worked till the ground floor, on changing our room to third floor the WiFi wasn't working they didn't even bother
