Liked the ambience overall. Room was up to the mark and the lawn and pool. The breakfast buffet was also good. Overall it's a good place for a family. Although l feel its a bit overpriced.

There was no welcome drinks. There was no signboard since it claims it has private access to the beach, we've to figure out on our own which wasn't an easy feat because stalls have blocked the access.

me and my friends were here to attend a wedding in the vicinity so we reserved 5 cottages for 3 nights. the property itself is wonderful. we absolutely loved the cottages. the beach although not a typical goan pristine beach was still lovely. the staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was served at their beach facing restaurant. there was a variety of continental as well as Indians dishes served.

the only pitfall was we weren't allowed a late checkout. not even a single room among the 5 that we booked. that was a bit disappointing. the price they quoted for 2-3hrs extra was half a days tariff. It was in October and I'm presuming the beginning of peak season.

The best part is its location.... Connecting to Morjim beach through their own beach shack. The food quality and taste is great. Dinner services also available at beach front at night and with susurration of waves it becomes majestic.... Inner pool with shower aids is helpful after sea surfing...... Surroundings shacks and resorts crowd is also matching.....

Though the sanitary fittings are up to the class but still some mismatch in hot and cold mixture...... Needs to be rectified..... Wash basins should be available at both inner and shack's restaurants..... One shower facility should be at shack also.....

The breakfast is good but can be better. The menu is very reasonably priced. The Ala cart options are better for lunch and dinner. The hotel connected us to Vishu cab service for our sightseeing and airport pickup, and both Mr Vishwanath Shetgaonkar and Mr Devendra provided excellent service. The Indian food options were excellent. The Tibet cafe is walking distance from the resort and is very good.

The rooms are clean and new but not very spacious. The resort neighbourhood is not very clean and the location is a bit remote. The local market is walking distance with many clothing, trinkets, grocery shops and cafes around.

Everything was just perfect

The property was very well maintained and clean. Very good location and walking proximity to the beach. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests especially when we had to relocate suddenly and move from another property which was very maintained. The manager Mr. Vijay was kind enough to swap our breakfast request to the previous day as we were checking out very early the next day and also provided a room on urgent basis, even before their regular check-in time.

Excellent location next to beach. Reasonably well equipped room. Most staff very pleasant

Room could have been a bit larger. Pool tiny. No a la carte breakfast available, only buffet that did not appeal. Cleanliness superficial, ie under the beds quite dirty, never cleaned. Ridiculous hand shower that couldn’t be attached any higher than hip height.

Rooms are cozy with good basic facilities. Breakfast spread was good. Staffs were extremely polite and helpful.

The road leading to the resort is in very bad condition. The resort is connected to the beach via Hire and Now restaurant, the restaurant is not operational due to monsoon but I would recommend the management to find ways to improve the connectivity of the resort and beach making it a ideal staycation destination.

I loved the property, clean room and the services given. Ruby was very friendly and helpful. All other staffs also were gentle. Spa and liquor shop just outside the resort. Beach access is easy n clean way out. All sundowner and shacks are near. Value for money….

Breakfast what so ever ,is not tasty. I donot wish it to be many dishes as it’s a 4 star but atleast few items present should be worth eating atleast. There is no network and wifi is also slow.
