Lovely cottage style room with nice bathroom. Convenient & easy walking distance to reach some shops & restaurants. Room was cosy & warm & had lots of crockery, cooking appliances, etc. The cleaning lady was great & helped me to understand how to work the kitchen tap......thankfully

One side of the bed was quite sunken in & not very comfy. But thankfully being on my own, I could use the other side. The tap instructions didn't make sense - beautiful piece though. I came to relax & not be concerned about pivoting or moving the tap this way & that to work & then being chastised if I didn't understand your instructions. Not very encouraging & didn't feel welcoming. So maybe you could be a dear & simplify your instructions for those who aren't mechanical minded, as you may be. God bless you. Otherwise well worth the stay!!

Entry was via a code which was provided by email message. I loved the historical aspect of the building. The room was well appointed with everything that we needed. Quiet Aircon kept us comfortably warm. Bathroom clean and showers hot. King sized bed was very comfortable. Little kitchen area had all we needed. Because our one night stay was a Monday, there was absolutely nothing open for dinner options. Lucky the IGA was open until 7pm and we were able to buy some frozen dinners which we heated up in the microwave!

There was a very strange tap in the kitchen sink which, despite written instructions, I could only get to produce cold water. Had to boil a kettle to wash up our dishes! Bathroom sink tap was dripping constantly.

Beautiful little historic cottage. The location was great....at the back of the property so there was no road noise, but a short walk to see the Mill and to the pub for dinner, and great little bar attached to property. The bathroom was great, the walk in, very tall shower was exceptional. The room we booked is called the small cottage and it is really small, but lovely for a night or 2.

We knew we were booking a small cottage, so I am not really complaining but the bed is a very small double bed.....great for a single person or 2 small adults, really cosy for 2 large adults

Beautiful historic town, with many sites to see. The accommodation was delightful, and we had a wonderful stay. The room was decorated with lovely pieces of art, and the shower was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone wishing to have a relaxing night or two in Oatlands.

The only thing that I could complain about, is the positioning of the smoke alarm, which is over the bed, and the light from it was annoying.

I chose to stay here because the Callington Mill distillery was close by. The room showed it's 19th century character (a low doorway for instance) but was quite modern in the ways that mattered. I particularly loved the waterfall shower head and the private parking. Local amenities were a very short walk away. I also liked the modern keypad that controlled the door lock - the owner just texted me the combination. I'd happily stay here again.

I liked the thoughtfulness of the provisions available - kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge with freezer, lovely china cups and saucers and teapot, cutlery and plates, electric blanket, towel warmer. Very thoughtfully furnished, charming fittings and fixtures with old world charm. good heating. Location in main street, could walk to pub and historic buildings, windmill.

Charming room, liked the eclectic historic/modern feeling, huge comfortable bed, excellent shower. Good location.

It lacked a welcoming feel. Being picky here I know but I disliked the signs on the walls ordering us to wash up or we would be fined $50, and other warnings. Similar sign about the tap. Feel that a message welcoming us and hoping we had a great stay would soften this up., together with a bit of rewording of the instructions. Plus do fix the sticky front door.

Loved the room, I have stayed twice now with you in last two weeks both times, i thoroughly enjoy my stay.

I stayed in studio 2 on this occasion it was beautiful but just need to have a larger curtain around windows next to tv as it let's a lot of light into the room. The light comes through the side of curtain. But other wise as great and would highly recommend.

Excellent location, easy to walk around historical town, very quiet . Loved the contactless check in and key pad entry. Historical building, lots of attention to detail. Loved the big milk (thankyou) . Exceeded expectations.

The wifi QR code didn’t work - wasn’t a problem for us .

Clean bathroom and nice towels. Bed comfy and warm. Convenient stopover en route to Hobart. Lovely lake to walk around. Decent pub nearby.

I’ll fitting front door let massive draught in. Had to block with cushions. Also, shelf over tea making area posed a nasty threat of banging your head.
