Loved the location - on a working vineyard, amongst the rolling hills Wood fire with ample wood supply was amazing and much needed on the very cold nights Spacious kitchen that was very family friendly and had some pantry items that could be used by guests Downstairs was large enough to accomodate a family without feeling like they were on top of each other Bathroom had heated flooring, heated towel rack and ceilings heated lights with an amazingly large spa bath that accommodated two very tall people with ease Room downstairs was comfortable and could fit 3 in it Master room upstairs had an amazing view over the rolling hills and sunrise Cellar door tour was a highlight and host was funny, engaging and very informative putting us both at ease Wonderful location only a short 30 minutes back to airport and 10 minutes both ways into small towns for all your basic needs Cannot wait to buy more wine!

No toilet upstairs but a massive amount of storage area for hanging and storing clothes under the eaves that wasn't really necessary - would've been 10/10 if I didn't have to walk downstairs to pee!

Great location, spacious cottage, amazing spa with bath salts provided. Would stay again to enjoy the lavender farm and to do a tour and tasting. My sister loved the fireplace.

No throw rugs to snuggle by the fire with. As I was travelling with my sister, both rooms were needed and the bed in the second room was very uncomfortable and my sister had to sleep on the couch which was very comfy. There was no small heater to take the morning chill off the air after the fire went out overnight. No outside bin to throw our rubbish into, had to leave it in the kitchen, which felt wrong.

A very comfortable cottage with excellent facilities and phenomenal views. Located only 30 minutes away from Hobart, it maintains the perfect balance of being close to the city and surrounding areas, while being immersed in the picture-perfect landscapes of the country. The fireplace and spa bath are the cherry on top, and are a perfect way to unwind after spending a day exploring the city. We were truly sad to leave and wish we could have stayed longer.

The views were fantastic - waking up to seeing those views was incredible. The facilities was extremely well planned and easy to use.

Not having an upstairs toilet was a bit of a downer for us oldies - who often get up at night. Also the walls of the building were a bit thin and you could hear what was going on in the bedrooms. But putting that aside - I really enjoyed the stay there and would stay again.

The Pinot cottage was a beautiful place to stay. Very well presented, clean, cozy and adequate kitchen to cook meals. A beautiful outlook over the vineyard and beyond to the hills filled with sheep. A great base not too far from everything. The hosts were very accommodating and transparent, communicating with us as needed.

The house was lovely, as were the owners. The location was quiet with great views. And we recommend trying their in-house wines.

The listing says tv and streaming services but it was difficult to get reception so we gave up. Not a huge thing if you dont care about tv but if you like to relax and watch something after a busy day sightseeing. it would make a difference.

The cottage is in the middle of a large estate. It is at 25 min drive to Hobart airport, and at about the same distance from the central part of Hobart. It is a very airy house. It is equipped with everything necessary and we enjoyed our shot stay in a very rainy day.

A slight negative is that both toilets are downstairs, while the main bathroom is upstair.

Just love it all!! The location! The accommodation! The owners soooo lovely, could've talked to them for hours! Will always stay here when holidaying in Hobart 💖

That I didn't get to see Dave (the peacock) this time. His pea hen maybe had previous words with him for going walk abouts and not giving her his full attention.. 🤔

I liked the cottage feel. It was a large open space that I could enjoy, and with the air conditioning running, the whole space was warm and comfortable. The property came stocked with plenty of utensils and kitchenware for long periods of stay. Very cool setup.

The main issue that I had was honestly just the spa bath. The water jets have a layering on them that's peeling off, and it scratches at the skin, which made me nervous like I was going to cut myself. Beyond that, all else was okay.

Large copious space that reminded us of Scandinavian pine houses. Tranquil, secluded but an easy 30 minute or so drive from Hobart. Effective heating for the cooler nights. Great views, especially the upstairs bedroom.

Noise travelled easily in the large indoor space. The spa needs an awful amount of water covering the jets to prevent water drowning the bathroom.
