The place was very, very clean and the room had everything you would need. Meals at the club were great. Again, everything was very clean. The staff were all very nice. Definitely would stay again, but maybe not in hot weather due to below.

The entry doors have mostly glass panels. However, the sun shines in to make the room quite hot. We did have air con, which helped. At night, the lights come on in the hallways for security, etc, but the light then shines into the room, making it hard to sleep. If you close the bedroom off, you can't get the use of the air con. Maybe deeming the lighting in the hallways at night may help.

The initial impression was "what have we done" when we drove in and saw the rooms right next to the bottle shop drive through. When we opened the room door, we were impressed with the standard of the room. And there was no noise inside the room. We had dinner there at the bistro both nights we stayed there and whilst it was pub meals,they were good and generous.

We had to go into the pub to find someone to give us the room key code. We did not receive the "welcome message" with this detail as promised, and with no receptionist, we felt anxious after a long day's driving and wondering if we had a room for the night.

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom apartment which gave us plenty of space not to be in each others way. We had tea at the hotel each day and the service was great. The location was perfect for us to travel to Port Arthur and Hobart without being in the middleof the city.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We will continue to use the Risdon Brook Hotel when we travel.

Clean & comfortable. Great to have separate bedrooms and a lounge area when traveling with a friend. Great kitchen amenities although the pub food was fantastic.

Location wasn’t great in that there weren’t really shops etc within walking distance - but could get to Hobart city, Mona, airport within a 15 min uber/taxi ride so want too bad.

Location was not perfect but still reasonable. 10-15 mins back to city. Quiet and new. Well appointed and very spacious. Cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rate considering peak summer season was very reasonable. Restaurant next door.

Bathroom door handle would not close. Only minor. Opposite a prison.

Brand new properties with spacious 3 rooms

They asked you to write down your credit card info on a piece of paper, I am not going into details for everyone’s data security. It looks to me that this practice is not PCI compliant, and pose massive security risks to the customers’ personal data. Better find another way to achieve same goal.

Very new. Everything we needed. Perfect location for us as we were heading to the east coast the next day and it was an easy drive from the airport.

Television was hard to figure out. It took awhile. We looked in the folder but nothing much in there. We were able to easily move lounge chairs to make viewing comfortable.

Location, clean & fresh decor in room. Generous supply of hand/body wash in bathroom/shower. Good quality towells, linen.

Parking was somewhat troublesome, with not much room to manouver, so parked on the street. Also cups were too small for coffee. Would have preferred mugs as supplied in other accomodation.

Excellent facilities on the doorstep

Our room was at the front of the property and very noisy early in the morning due to proximity to the Bottle O, receiving deliveries. Room service enter sometimes without knocking, which was a surprise for us

Beautiful big, clean rooms. Even though it was at the back of a very large hotel is was surprisingly quiet. There was no reception and we were given instructions on how to get the key however there was a mix up and we couldn’t get in - however this was sorted out quickly with the staff.
