Thank you so much for your warm welcome! Graham Apartments provided us with fantastic comfort during our stay. We were a family of five, and the space was more than sufficient for all of us. We really appreciated being able to cook our dinners, especially given the excellent proximity to Hobart. Being so close to the city allowed us to enjoy a wide range of activities throughout our stay in Tasmania. As Tasmania is a major salmon producer, and we don't typically eat much of it in New Caledonia, we took full advantage! In fact, salmon became the main focus of our cooking during our visit. Thank you again for your hospitality and discretion.

I liked that it had a well equipped kitchen. The couch was comfortable, as was the bed, and there was a sense of space. Yes, it is a bit old and run down, but you pay for what you get, and we were happy with our stay.

The thing I didn't like the most was the smell of dust in the bedroom, which most likely came from the carpet. Sound from other guests is a problem, so maybe the management could emphasise silence after 10 pm. Clean windows would have been great.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The compendium was very well put together, with helpful information. It was also detailed with different activities depending on whether you had children or not. I enjoyed the story about the history of the building itself also. The unit we had worked well, everything you needed was there. We would stay here again.

Nothing, we were happy with the facilities.

The unit had everything you need - kitchen well stocked with cookware etc, iron, hairdryer, extra bedding and Netflix. I took my aged mother, and it was nice to have somewhere you could relax at the end of the day. Electric blankets if you need them. Laundry available. Easy access to main roads, 7 minutes or so into the city. Shopping centre just down the road.

Being older, the walls and windows are a bit thin, but some earplugs resolved that.

Great retro apartment in a nice neighbourhood within easy drive of the city. Some lovely touches were provided including BBQs and BBQ supplies. A lot of effort had clearly gone into producing the guest compendium with suggestions of things to do and places to eat.

The apartment does feel its age and I did expect this, but had hoped to be given one of the newer apartments. I likely would have paid more to upgrade if the information on booking was clearer on which apartment types were newer, but apartments online were split by facilities (bath etc) not age. We reached the place easily by car, but it would have been difficult to navigate to via public transport.

When we go to Hobart we stay at the Graham Apartments because they are within walking distance of our friends house, a good hotel and a supermarket. The young girl in reception had a lovely bubbly personality and made us very welcome. Good value accommodation.

Nothing it is adequate for what we require. We are only there to sleep the rest of the time we are out socialising with friends.

It was clean, , quiet, comfortable and self-contained. It was a short driving distance to Hobart. We had an issue with an electrical appliance triggering a power fuse one evening. Although the reception office was shut, we rang the emergency number and a diligent lady came out and reset the fuse for us within about twenty minutes which I thought was a pretty good turnaround time.

I wish I could have stayed there longer to explore more of Hobart and the surrounds.

The property was clean and the facilities were good. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was ample space for me and my partner, two teenage girls, a teenage boy and a 3 year old! All of the facilities in the apartment allowed us to cook dinner, lunches and had plenty of cutlery etc for all 6 of us. Overall, really pleased.

Nothing really. Shopping centre was within walking distance and everything was very accessible by car. If you didn't have a car, perhaps that could lead to a few hassles.

We had a great stay at Graham apartments. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable, spacious and in a peaceful location just outside the city. The staff were extremely friendly, allowing us an early check in and providing us with biscuits. We were out for the afternoon while the new air conditioning unit was being installed and the host kindly turned it on for us so the apartment was nice and cool when we came back. Would highly recommend!

This ever reliable accommodation rarely fails to live up to expectations. Disappointed that we had to wash a number of items before use due to food residue. Plates, bowls, cutlery, large utensils, chopping board. Saucepans and storage bowls were ok. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.
