Love the family atmosphere of this park. Everyone pitches in and get on with whatever job needs doing around the place. There is always some improvement or upgrade whenever we have visited. Just a lovely place to stay. Close to so many things! We've been here a couple of times now for business mostly, but this time, also for holiday. The staff are wonderful... helped us a lot when our trip over on the Spirit of Tasmania was delayed by a few days, which threw our business plans out the window and we needed to reschedule. Nothing was too difficult! The cabins are lovely, clean, well appointed and comfortable (especially the bed... which is always good). Would highly recommend. They also have a couple of beautifully equipped wheelchair friendly cabins.

A great cabin very close to the airport for our early flight out the next morning. Lots of room in the main areas, we used the kitchen facilities, including the cooktop, all good except I don't like induction [personal choice]. A large fridge, enough bench space & crockery, cutlery etc. We purchased fresh oysters & fresh fish from the shop just around the corner, both excellent. Cabin was very modern, bed was comfortable. We didn't notice any airport noise. A very easy option for our last night in Tassie.

The shower was one of the smallest we have encountered around Tasmania, I had to get wet, turn off the water to soap up, then turn the water back on, because I couldn't get out of the way of the spray.

This caravan and cabin park was exceptionally good, it has great facilities, it is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfy and clean, they're great. When I arrived the microwave wasn't working, it was replaced within 5 minutes. The cabins are little apartments, they have everything, nice rooms, kitchen, couch, TV, table etc. If you need to wash clothes, they have a laundromat. I would stay here again for sure.

Honestly almost nothing, the cabin we stayed in was perfect. perhaps they need a TV that is a little more modern that allows me to watch netflix and other smart TV features.

This place is very convenient to access from the Hobart airport and that is why we booked here as we had a 6:00 a.m. flight out the next morning. Staff are very responsive to e-mail queries prior to arrival, they can arrange for key pick-up off hours, the units are clean, new and comfortable. We were only there for overnight so cannot comment much more but what we saw was all good.

A bit pricey compared to our other accommodations but that is probably because it is literally walking distance from the airport

The staff at the reception was warm and friendly. When I got there to check in, she said that she hoped I have enjoyed my travels and that was very thoughful of her. I did enjoy my travels to Tasmania. There was just so much to see. The property itself was big enough for a family. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Water pressure was great. Hot and cold available. Room heating was struggling to keep up but we had electric blankets. There was jumping pillow, playground, basketball court within the property for the kids. Laundry is also available. The property is about a 5 minute drive to the airport. And about 18 minutes from Hobart CBD. If you get the 2 bedroom unit - parking is right in front of the unit where there is a platform which makes luggage transfer easy. Fully equipped kitchen. Microwave. Toaster. Stove. Kitchen utensils. There was TV in the living. The unit was clean. Shampoo, soap, conditioner provided.

Great stay.. loved the distance from the play ground, definitely has all the normal feels of a big 4.

My only complaint and it's purely based on the fact the weather was being tassie weather (raining) and in order to load bags and belonging into the unit we had to navigate sideways facing stairs not covered by a little shelter.. just meant things got wet. I hope it's in the plans to just pop a little awning over the "porch" of units so that belongings can be sat outside the door while entering and exiting.

Our family of 4 (kids 10 and 8) stayed in a two-bedroom chalet for one night when we first arrived in Tasmania. The location was perfect for us because we landed in the evening and planned to travel north the next morning and didn't want to go into Hobart just yet. Check-in was a breeze, the chalet was simple, comfortable and clean, and the grounds were very well-kept. Our kids loved the bounce pillow and we liked the quiet setting despite it being close to the airport. I'd recommend Big4 @ Hobart Airport and I'd def stay again. **I can't speak to the common facilities, but if they are anything like the chalets, I imagine they are spotless.

The facilities were so clean.plenty space

We asked the lady in reception to book a taxi for this morning for 2 of us for 4.45am. We were waiting for the taxi this morning and when we rang it had been booked for 5.45am. Also yesterday when we were collected at the airport the lady collecting us said she had been told there was 2 of us when we had called to say there was 4. There seemed to be a lack of communication or lack of attention to detail.

Easy place to find, and access to airport. Very helpful staff - particularly Marg who helped me sort an issue with Booking.com. She went out of her way to smooth out the problem in a very positive and friendly manner

Over all it was good nice and quiet close to town clean and tidy well laid out plenty of parking

There could have been more towels we had 2 adults and 1 child staying for 4 nights we were given only 2 towels and 1 face washer.there was also no where to put clothes other then hanging space. There were no drawers or shelf for other clothes such as pants t shirts pjs socks ect ect.there was also not very much in the way of cook ware.
