Comfortable and clean room with plenty of space, comfy bed, and good basic amenities including some plates, cutlery etc. Lots of dining good options onsite, close to public transport and right next to the supermarket for supplies. Nice view of the mountain from the room. All around a comfortable stay!

I could hear the neighbours TV, a bit of road noise etc but all quietens down at night so didn't impact on sleep. The big sliding door didn't seal very well so it was a bit draughty for the middle of winter plus I could smell cigarette smoke from someone smoking outside the rooms in the morning. This also meant the room was very cold, but I cranked the heat pump and it eventually warmed up.

I loved the breakfast I had - it was exactly what I asked for. I also liked the customer service ethos throughout the hotel - everybody was very friendly and nothing was too much of a problem. I was able to leave my bags there before checkin time and have a coffee and do some work in the cafe. I actually got to check in early too. A staff member carried my bags to the room. The room was great. The next morning I had breakfast in the cafe and the manager booked me a taxi. I would definitely stay there again. It is also in a lovely area overlooking the bay.

I liked most of it - I would have loved to have had a better shower - more updated and with a rain shower head -thats about the only thing I would change. Everything else exceeded my expectations.

Location. Near Shoreline shopping centre and Eastland shopping centre but most importantly is near to where my friends live/stay. Being near shopping centre, it is handy if you forget your toothbrush or something.

There were two of us - a mother and son team. They have a nice double bed and a sofa bed. So we occupy both. the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable for big size people. you can feel the 'wire' underneath. The main bed is ok but a bit soft for my back. But this is not necessary a bad thing - just for me - I prefer a firm bed.

It was great! We had a fantastic time in a very central location. Had the most amazing dinner in the restaurant on one night and when we returned with extra guests were disappointed.

Out door seating would have been good on the patio. The booking system for the restaurant was down during our second visit so the table we had pre-booked was given away to other diners just as we arrived.

We had a great king size bed, the restaurant was very good, the staff were nice. Parking was at your room. Close to a grocery and shopping center. An easy 15 minutes to the airport.

This hotel advertised a river view. Yes, you could "see" the river but it was not a "view". You had to peek around many obstacles to see the river. The "patio" was not private, all the rooms had access to the same patio so you had no security. And there were no chairs to sit on, just a walkway of concrete. To be clear, this "hotel" is a very nice and big restaurant with a few rooms attached, not the other way around.

The location was very convenient for our needs and surprisingly quiet. Couldn’t hear neighbours or street noise. Two onsite dining options. Shops right next door. Nice view from the room. Comfortable beds made up daily. The Free Guest laundry was the nicest surprise!

My child had a super quick first shower and when I jumped in next, the water temperature was only just warm. So I turned it off to soap up my hair with shampoo. Turning it back on to rinse, I expected it to be cold but, to my surprise was hot again. Very strange.

We had an excellent lunch after we reached the hotel and checked in. The room was spic and span, the view of Mount Wellington was awesome, and to top it all, the ladies at the reception were so nice and sweet....a big shout out to them. When we would return from our daily travels, we would find our room spotlessly clean, just like the way it was when we first checked in. We would like to come back and stay at this hotel again.

There was nothing that fell short of our expectations.

The room was pretty spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We had a nice view of Mt. Wellington. And the free laundry and a microwave in the room were an awesome surprise.

The backside of the hotel looks a bit sketchy, and the hotel seems an afterthought to the restaurant, lounge and gaming room. There was no on-site hotel staff after 5 pm and in the morning.

A wonderful suburban hotel motel with super clean and comfortable rooms, with views out towards Mount Wellington. There is a cafe, a restaurant and a really good bottle shop at The Shoreline, so everything is there for your stay. There is a shopping centre right near the property that has a supermarket, bakery etc, so everything you need is either at the hotel or at the shopping centre. It's only about 15 minutes by Uber to Hobart CBD, so although it's in suburbia, access to the city is super easy. An absolute gem of a hotel-motel.

A fantastic suburban hotel / motel with a great cafe/bar, a really well stocked bottle shop and next to a shopping centre with a supermarkey, bakery, chemist and everything you need. The Shoreline literally has something onsite for everybody from the cafe, to the public bar, to the restaurant and the bottle shop that has an outstanding range of Tasmanian wines. Friendliest staff we've ever come across too!
