The staff and owner is so friendly. We needed the universal adapter to prepare some ready to eat indian food in hot boiling water. They couldn't find the adapter but they immediately gave us portable hot plate with steel pot which serves the purpose. Also in previous stay a week ago we had Panna cotta in desert. It was so delicious but we couldn't had it this time as it was finished but rather we had apple pie which was also tasty. As usual the breakfast was good next morning. I also played table tennis and pool for sometime with my elder daughter in the evening. Everything was perfect. We will definitely visit next time and also will recommend to friends and family.

This was our second stay at Entre Norr Hotel in Umeå, and I can honestly say – it’s a fantastic place! The rooms are very clean and well soundproofed – even though the hotel is near a street, it’s completely quiet inside. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. During our first stay, we were travelling with our cat Brunek, who was also very pleased – especially with the comfy mattress, which quickly became his favourite spot 😉. A perfect place for both people and their furry companions. We’ll definitely be back!

We have planned long awaited Northern Lights trip at Kiruna as this year there are lots of activities on sun and have greater chances and views of Northern lights. We have decided to do road trip from Södertälje to Kiruna but as the distance is approximately 1300 kms which would requires 15 to 16 hours and we decided to have break journey with nice overnight stay in hotel and then I found this. Great hotel just off the E4 but was surprisingly quiet given its beside a very busy road. It has ample parking spaces. We had a warm welcome by Kristofer the owner. Check in was quick and simple by girl at the reception. Kristofer is very very helpful in showing our room, the free of charge coffee and tea machines and the water stations etc. The family room itself was very good. Breakfast was nice and mostly fresh. Super cozy, perfect for one night stay between traveling from Sweden to Finland. Room was clean with home-like vibe, perfect beds and air conditioning making sure the temperature was just right. Breakfast was good and dining area super comfy. Extra credit to owner who was super nice and welcoming and had time to chat with us for a while at the breakfast, and kids loved the dog. If we need an accommodation on our next vacation, it's this one, for sure.

Cozy and clean place right at the road, but noise was never a problem. You can control the heating however you need it. The staff were very helpful. Free parking space in front of the hotel. Overall very good value for money.

The room for 4 was a bit tiny and so was the shower area in the bath. But we were staying just overnight, so these were no big issues.

The staff and the facilities were amazing. Very friendly personnel that work there with one of the staff giving us a ride into town on the first night.

The area is a little further from town with one bus stop that is for longer journeys and the only way to get in to the city center without walking forever are the city taxis. But the warm and caring staff make up for it, especially with the cheaper hotel rates.

Despite being located right on the busy E4 highway the interior of this small, family-run hotel is incredibly quiet with a pleasant, relaxed ambience. Our room on the second floor was a good size, with modern, attractive decor and comfortable beds. The black and white photos of music and film icons in the hallway were a novel feature. The Monday to Thursday deal where the room tariff includes dinner as well as breakfast is good value. And, while dinner was a simple meal, it was tasty and filling and saved searching for somewhere to eat. We also appreciated the all-day tea and coffee with biscuits and the cold water on tap, both still and sparkling. Staff were welcoming and helpful. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

There were lots of things to do for pre teen age kids. Pingis. Basket balls, games etc. Room was clean and nice, beds were good. Parking places free and very near of entrance.

Breakfast could be improved, it was ok but could be better. Some noice outside of the hotel in the yard. Rooms were silent.

It was a short car ride from everywhere. Free parking was nice and we loved the jacuzzi and trampoline. The bread was exceptional at dinner and breakfast. The Staff were really helpful and nice. Everyone talked and welcomed us.

I’ve been all over Northern Sweden and I think this hotel is the best. It’s family run, and all the staff are really friendly, kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast with a lot of different choices. Tasty and good value dinner options too. 10 minutes from central Umea. Free parking. Good WiFi. Comfy and well equipped rooms. Despite being right next to a busy road, it was super quiet in the room.

I can’t think of anything bad at all, everything was perfect
