We had a perfect short getaway here and I want to give a detailed review to show my thanks <3 Location: - 1h journey from the ferry, we arranged for a driver with the resort and it went smoothly - not sure about the surrounding area as we spent our entire trip just relaxing within the resort Room: - beautiful rustic theme with white painted wood - individual little huts with ample space - garden view is really beautiful, surrounded by greenery and colourful flowers (I feel like the photos they listed don’t do it justice! I’ve attached some of my own photos) - beach view huts are right by the ocean and we will definitely book those if we come back! - little things like huge umbrellas provided at every hut and a small tap to wash sand off your feet outside of each hut shows their attention to detail! - toiletries all provided, they even provide three different sized towels per guest - air conditioning is strong if you need it to be - mosquito repellent provided in every room - room service is super quick - we went out for breakfast at 7.30am and when we got back our room had already been made up! Food: - restaurant is right by the beach and its a perfect location to enjoy the sea view while dining (ive attached pictures) - indonesian cuisine is really nice, western options are hit or miss. We especially liked the cinnamon french toast for breakfast. - they have standard cocktails and some fun indo-themed cocktails that are very reasonably priced (compared to singapore!) my partner loved the Marygold. Facilities: - they have a massage parlour thats on the second floor of an open-air hut. Super soothing to have massages done with the background of waves crashing onto shore. Book your massages in advance as they can get full quickly! - two pools available, a deep pool for adults and a shallow pool for kids. - no frills and simple facilities but everything is clean and well maintained!

We cherished the attention to detail, cleanliness, effort to use as little plastic as possible, friendliness, attentive, accommodating staff, and ease with which everything was organised—and it was all well organised—made us feel like they had put in a lot of effort to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, yet made it look effortless. The beach and the water were clean, thanks also to frequent cleaning. The pool was a fantastic alternative to bathing in the sea. The massage services were soooo good! The atmosphere was calm and quiet. Often, we would have short and friendly chats with other guests. We found they had an excellent way of treating you like a guest, neither imposing friendship nor treating you like a client from whom to squeeze the money. Our stay was enriched by the deeper conversations we had, which revealed the hotel's commitment to more than just profit. We learned that the hotel is not just a business but also a platform for personal growth, especially for the young women of the surrounding villages. It's a place where they can learn from client interactions and use these experiences as a stepping stone to shape their own lives. As one person put it, it's as much a social endeavour as it is an economic one.

There is nothing bad at all to say about the stay. Rather about the journey: We travelled from Singapore by ferry. We chose the Resort Line and disliked that part of the journey. You're bound to stay under the deck, and the air inside is bad, which causes nausea to many fellow travellers. Maybe it's worth trying to use one of the other two ferry lines from Singapore to Tanjung Pintan; the ferries looked better and were less crowded. I would guess the people at the stay could also organise transport from/to there.

Especially after a long chat with the owner, who happened to be there, the spirit of the place, the sustainability idea and community work. The beach and the swimming pool area are magnificent. The plans for extending the water sports activities. I hoped to do some wing or kite surfing, but it was not the season. I advice to ask beforehand to avoid false expectations.

If you don't like traffic, I would strongly advise you to book the see front or garden villas. I was initially booked in one of the rooms, being there solo, but as they are right next to the street, the traffic was very loud. They plan to do something about it one day.

Breakfast was neat - three options were given: Asian, American and Continental. You could mix-and-match and have whatever you wanted. Having a complimentary breakfast was much needed, especially since the hotel is tucked away from most of the food places that are accessible in the Northwest and Southwest districts.

Fantastic facilities, location, like a little paradise - beautiful beach, two swimming pools with view on the beach, lots of trees (lovely shade), very natural setting. The kitchen is open all day from 7am to 10pm so it's very convenient and also the food is really good. The tables are located right above the beach so you can have all your meals and cocktails with a beautiful view and nice breeze. All staff was super nice. There's a real effort to not use plastic and be environmentally friendly, like glass straws and asking clients to use maximum one beach towel per day, and you can refill water at their fountains and ask for a glass of water anytime at no charge (so not plastic water bottles need to be used, which we appreciate a lot). Bungalows are comfortable, quite spacious, a bit rustic, don't expect luxury, but they are very pleasant and functional. Spa center has massage offering that we also enjoyed. There are faucets everywhere so you can wash your hands (nice for the kids) and also wash the sand from your feet easily before entering the pool or your bungalow. I don't come there to be connected but for information for other visitors, the WiFi worked pretty well (watched women world cup matches).

The only not so convenient thing is that it's an hour away from the ferry terminal, but again the beach is really nice and that part of the island is much more natural and less with big resorts so definitely worth it. Also, the hotel can arrange the pick up and drop off.

I had made a special request that was accommodated and successful. After looking at other resorts in Bintan during my visit I felt Trikora Beach Club and Resort was definitely the best choice. The location was excellent, the access to private beach was beyond expectations. The beach was beautiful and clean. the grounds were kept well, the room was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and courteous. We felt welcomed from the beginning to the end. The resort had great food options, beautiful pool and sitting areas to enjoy the time there. It made my vacation extremely relaxing and beautiful. I made incredible memories staying at Trikora Beach Club and Resort. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an excellent vacation in Bintan.

The only thing I did not like was that there was communication between the staff towards the end of the stay. I paid for a special request for the to the first night I was there but somehow the front desk did not get notified and tried to charge me for the request once more. The young lady was doing her best to navigate the situation but it felt a bit disrespectful to have to wait for confirmation from other staff that I had already paid since I was able to tell her which staff member I paid to, when and that it was noted as part of payment for my dinner that night. It took some time to resolve. other than that everything else exceeded expectations.

From the very first moment, everything exceeded expectations. A warm welcome, genuinely kind staff, and food that delighted with every bite — the experience was unforgettable. Our room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for. Each morning started with a generous breakfast buffet offering something for everyone. The spa treatments were a dream — the massage and facial left me feeling completely renewed. And the attention to detail? Exceptional. From arranging smooth transfers from the ferry to packing us fresh breakfast sandwiches for our journey — every little touch made a big difference. If you’re looking to escape the chaos of busy resorts and truly unwind, this is the place. Peaceful, personal, and perfectly done. Highly recommended.

Our 4D3N stay at Trikora beach resort is just what we needed after a very hectic start of the year. We wanted a quiet place to unwind, slow down and recharge - Trikora resort did not disappoint. The quality and variety of F&B exceeded our expectations, pricing is reasonable and thus we had all our meals onsite. The service standard is very high, staff members were very polite and attentive. The 2 pools look very inviting and offer a lovely view of the beach and sea. The rustic beachfront villa is spacious and comfortably fitted our family of 5 with an additional bed set up. The entire resort stretches over a wide area, we felt like we were on a private island at times. There is also an open, well maintained lawn for my children to run around.

The shower room was flooded after bathing and it happened on our first night, it took some time for the staff to resolve the blockage but they responded to our call for help very promptly. The villa is clean but we do see some stains and dirt on the floor, especially the bathroom. This is an area of improvement, without which, we would have given a 10/10 rating. There were oil spills in the sea during our stay which was regretable as my children could not swim in the sea nor play on the beach. But this is to no fault of the resort, in fact, staff members were proactive in advising us to avoid going into the sea.

Beautiful resort with exceptional views. The beach is few seconds walk from your room and the ocean is visible from most of the rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean, food quality is great, the air is pure and fresh and anyone who visits this resort will only have an exceptional experience. Lastly the beach is a white sand beach with clean waters. Sea water has different shades of blue which is mesmerizing. The resort is in the heart of nature and the spa facilities are also top class. Don't think a second opinion as you will only have good things to say once you visit the resort.

The breakfast and wifi could be improved. Network is not easily available and hence wifi quality is an important point that the hotel must improve. Further I also suggest if you can develop a games room or put a table tennis table or badminton court which will give people more options to do activities.

From minute one we were guided into the caring embrace of the sincere staff. Their attention and punctuality was sublime. What a wonderful stay at this truly beautiful resort. I’d say this is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. It was near perfect. The food was top notch, served quickly, with a plethora of choice/cuisines. The beach, along with the rest of the resort, was pristine. Daily cleaning service with very good WiFi and even better TV access for those late night movies/series. We didn’t explore the local area and just stayed on the resort. There are only a few shops nearby. Bring plenty of sunscreen and facial SPF. The staff kindly went to a shop 20 minutes away and bought us some as we were running low. They really did go the extra mile.

The slightest of moans would be that our meals were brought out at different times, which meant one of us had finished eating before the others’ meal had been put on the table. However, this only happened on two occasions out of about 18 servings.
