There was a good spread at breakfast with free coffee, tea and water available in the bar all day. The location, close to the central station, and within east walking distance of the centre, was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

It would appear you have to ask for your room to be cleaned and for new towels. It was a bit confusing because after our first night the bed was made ( and possibly changed) even though we had not asked for it and also on the second night someone knocked on our door to offer new towels so we weren’t sure of the process.

We really liked everything about this hotel. The location is excellent - a stone's throw from beautiful Bremen station in one direction, and a short walk to the interesting Old Town in the opposite direction. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our room, 402, was spacious and comfortable. It had a nice aspect and was most attractively decorated. . The hotel's sound-proofing is superb. The breakfast had delicious food. There are restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a good Italian meal at Rimini, just around the corner.

Nothing. Everything was very good. We would definitely stay again ourselves and we recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean and modern and we appreciate that the distance from the train station was very short.

We arrived late in the evening, around 10 p.m. and the receptionist told us that we need to pay again the price for the reservation we made on Booking (we have already paid on the platform Booking) and he didn't consider our proof of payment. We had to wait long in front of the reception and we we're tired and in the end we had to pay once more to be able to stay. After that, we contacted Booking and after numerous calls and waiting, the next morning they returned us the money, but we did not liked how the hotel handled the situation. Probably we would never go back to this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent (included). The room was modern with no visible wear and tear at all, very clean - the bathroom had the wow factor. The staff kindly accommodated my request for a quiet room and despite the central location on a main road it was very quiet in the room (5th floor with room to the back of the building). It is a great idea to have an additional door between lift and room corridor. This eliminates noise from the lift and added an extra element of security as you need your keycard to enter. All staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I need to stay in Bremen as a stop 1-2 times a year to visit it family and every time I choose a different place close to the train station for my onward journey as there is always too much noise. I think my search of a place for a restful sleep has finally ended. I’m so glad I found this hotel and will return with my husband later this year. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about whatsoever

I went with the smallest type of room available, with a breakfast option to boot. The room itself was very cozy, and while the workers providing room service struggled with speaking English at times, they were still courteous and kind people, and not particularly shy about communicating even under difficult situations. On top of that, the breakfast spread was very pleasant, with a small but diverse collection of hearty breakfast components. All things considered, and with the price in mind, this hotel was an excellent pick. I'd heartily recommend it to any other solo visitors in the city.

The workers weren't the happiest-looking ones, but as a piece of critique, it's superficial to a point where it's almost meaningless. Regardless of how expressive the workers were or were not, they were respectful, polite, and driven.

Room and bathroom are perfect: spacious, comfortable furniture/layout. Fridge and air-con in the room; soundproofing, dark curtains, comfortable bed and pillows. Very good location - walking distance to the city centre, parking garage available across the street. Very good breakfast (unfortunately, except coffee - such a shame!).

No elevator. Technically, there is an elevator, but it was out of order (and judging from other reviews, it's quite a permanent state). Only filter black coffee available at breakfast, for anything else (aka cappuccino) you have to pay - I'd say it's a no-no in 4* hotel,

Because of delays on my trains, I didn't arrive at the hotel until 0100. I phoned to let them know of the delays. They were very helpful, and when I finally arrived, they were ready and checked me in quickly. The room itself was excellent, large and very comfortable and just the place I needed to relax after a 7 hour train journey.

I would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room. Arriving at 1 a.m., of course everything was closed (in the city as well as the hotel), so being able to make a drink would have been nice. The air conditioning was noisy and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

Very nice / modern and spacious rooms. I have booked a single room and the room I got was a 3 bedroom, with plenty of space. Double pillows available. The bathroom was also spacious. The location is also very convenient. Tram No 6 (that takes you to the airport) is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The old city center is also very near (less than 10 minutes walk). The main train station also very close. The receptionist was a very polite and helpful person. he suggested places to visit and also a nice restaurant with traditional Bremen dishes. Breakfast was really nice with a variety of hot (fried eggs, sausages etc) and cold options (cheese, salamis etc) as well as fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurt. Something I liked is that the cheese were not just the standard "cheap" type sliced cheese, but also better quality cheese like "camembert", "roquefort". The breakfast room was also spacious. The only minor comment I could make about the breakfast is that there is no "espresso" type coffee (only standard American / French style coffee from a jag). Also the variety of sweet options was limited. But other than this, the breakfast was very decent! Coffee is also available to take away on your way out any time throughout the day. There is also a gym with a nice view on the top floor as well as a sauna (did not use this but the facilities are there)!

Only a couple of minor points related to the breakfast that I mentioned above.

The perfect hotel for a short stay in Bremen. It is located only 3 minutes from the main train station and about 10 minutes walk from Marktplatz and all the sights of Bremen. In the surrounding area there are also numerous restaurants and kiosks, so everything is very convenient. We booked with breakfast included and the selection was diverse and we were very satisfied. We will book a room here again when we return to this charming city.

only one thing - having to pay for sauna ! come on guys we already paid enough for the stay, no?
