All the staff are great and helpfully good views nice people around the island the room were clean and comfy however during our stay was raining at night and its makes room a bit moist we just open the windows and get fresh air from outside at night,it was nice weather as well don’t need to turn the air con all day all night, we love it, anyway looking forwards to get back next time.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a good design and lovely view to the sea. The swimming pool was very nice and also had a nice view of the sea. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

Some areas of the hotel such as the areas around the swimming pool and stairwells should be cleaned better.

Quiet place, good to relax

I never understood why, in most Novotel, they do not have a proper separation between the room and the bathroom; the door is not going up to the ceiling, the glass door does not have a separation wall, and a fully closed bathroom. But this is not the case only for the SiChang Novotel, it's in most Novotel.

The pool Breakfast Transport to hotel was no problem . Used hotel shuttle to pier and from pier to Novotel Koh Di Chang

Tile grinding noise on some renovation but this is temporary and it was low season

The room was lovely with a great view .The breakfast food selection was very good and cooked perfectly.

The morning buffet could have been changed up a little more. The swimming pool area could have some attention. Chairs replaced/repaired and pool cleaned a little better.

Party on the Beach was fun. BBQ really nice. The swimming pool and surrounding views excellent! Very reasonable
