everything was perfect. the location, the room, the comfort, the cleanliness. staffs were good except one staff who misbehaved.

there was a guy who intentionally touched me. inappropriately. which made me uncomfortable.

Breakfast were amazing with lot of buffet option, as well as you can book A La Carte for Braekfast as well. The amount of the food portion are large, 2 person can easily have with one order. They have very good kids option. Location wise its really in nce place. the best thing about this hotel is the view. it is pretty near to the pony ride and local taxi stand. Staffs are also really helpful and nice.

Big room with amazing view. Service from waiter is good..Dinner and Breakfast has a spare and make us full. .Scanery is superb wow.

Cleaness and hygience is important to maintain in hotel and everywhere in India. Overall image dust cover city .Rubbish in the river. Road full rubbish.

Bathroom need to be a bit clean. Hot water from geyser comes only from 6pm-12 noon, it's difficult to manage in a cool weather

-We get kehwa welcome drink unexpectedly which my children like it. -Stand heater which is helpful.

Should include breakfast for the price paid. A simple breakfast will do.
