Everything was top notch. Sonmarg is a paradise. All the other hotels were down the valley and crowded and noisy . But this radisson is above the hill. And the view was breathtakingly beautiful. The entire team was so accommodating and hospitable. The manager on duty Addil was very professional and also personally took care of us. His restaurant team and reception team entire hotel staff was so helpful and pleasant and respectful. This property is by far the cleanest and located in a scenic view. The toilets are very clean and the room extremely clean elegant. It’s so affordable for the service and views we get. The restaurant serves delicious food both veg and non veg. Too much food at a very very affordable price. In my opinion this is the hotel to stay if u visit Kashmir. Lasy they protect their customers and it’s a very safe place to stay .

location was convenient; however road access has to improve. The staff were very friendly & supportive. Food was good, nothing to complain, but noting wow with limited options. Overall satisfied & happy as this property is considered the best in Sonmarg.

The views from the room are out of this world. The horses for Thajwas glacier start from this point only. A must go if going to Sonamarg.

The Radisson Hotel, Sonamarg was closed due to the law and order situation in Kashmir. They shifted us to another nearby property - Country Inns & Suits for the stay.

The view was great, the staff were friendly but did not help us with our concerns. The breakfast was nice

The cake we received from room service was stale. The smoke alarm fell from the ceiling which caused high concern for safety in the room, and the mess it made was not cleaned up even when we requested for it. Furthermore, due to a thunderstorm there was a blackout in the area which was promptly fixed for all the other rooms in the hotel except for ours. When we questioned about it to the staff, they said that they will fix the issue and it won’t happen again. We called them about five or six times to the same excuse “it won’t happen again” and eventually gave up since they weren’t helping us. This highly disrupted our sleep through the night and left us extremely disappointed in our experience.

After we asked for a taxi we were made to wait for two hours and the hotel manager tried to overcharge us for the taxi.
