The staffs were attentive from the start. We requested specially for the breakfast to not include meat and alcohol as our dietary requirement and they accommodated the request for our large group (we are 10 people). The breakfast set was delicious! It's a family friendly resort. We were able to stay and share the futon with our small kids. I'm grateful that they gave us 1st floor room as we have elderly parents who has bad knees. The onsen were huge and very nice, they swap the onsen night and morning between men and women so we get to enjoy both of it. Felt our skin really glow up after nice dip in it. I love that they provided tote bag with needed amenities for onsen trip, not all onsen provided this. The location is superb, right in the middle of happenings in Furano. Just a short walk to the left side of the hotel there's a huge supermarket and nice Nepali restaurant. I have to mention the view from the room was incredible. For the services provided it was super value for the price paid. I highly recommended this place if you coming with family.

I wish i can stay longer! Nothing bad :)

It could accommodate our entire family (5 pax) into 1 room. It is also located next to an ice cream/dessert shop and a huge grocery store, which made everything very convenient. We were served breakfast and dinner everyday during our stay. The food was exceptional and the service was excellent. We felt very welcomed during our stay. There is also a gift shop situated at the restaurant, which was lovely.

The toilet cubicle in our room (2 western beds, 3 futons) did not have a good smell. We believe that the smell came from the pipes within the building which caused this bad smell. The ventilation of the room was not that great, and we had to open the window several times to ventilate the room.

Room size is very spacious even for 3 people. Had hot water pot which the staff filled up and boiled already to dispense hot water upon arrival. Room is very clean and the location is next to a mart which makes it very convenient.

Onsen is shared with the public. No private hotel onsen.

Nice large Western style room. Beautiful view of the mountains to the East. Several Onsen pools in the men/women facilities which rotate daily. Good variety at breakfast. Large parking lot. Friendly staff. Comfortable and firm beds.

The yukatas were two piece instead of the normal one piece.

Furano La Terre is conveniently located near to the Goto Sumio Museum, and Farm Tomita and the Panorama Road. There is also a convenience shop within a 10 mins drive from the hotel. It's a nice and cosy accomodation not too far away from the Ski resorts if you are driving.

Good onsen, great view of snow mountain at the back of the hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed.

Not recommended to take the breakfast and dinner, not worth the value. Need improvement to clear the icy parking spot in front of the hotel.

I love the spacious onsen although it's old. It gives an aesthetic vibes for outdoor. Room was more spacious than expected.

The room door was traditional. Normal analogue key that has a heavy key chain.

The location is convenient and close to Tomita Farm. The view of Mt.Furano from the hotel room is superb and relaxing. There is a big grocery store next to the hotel, very convenient

The onsen is just standard but not bad

We really loved the onsen moment, it has outdoors and it was snowing while having the moment of relaxation. The place was quiet as well, and you get to see a nice mountain view n the morning.

The staff are really friendly. Great location. There is a large supermarket right next door. The large public bath, which is operated by changing male and female baths, is also really nice. There is a wide and good view outside the room window.

Next time, I'll have to add a meal option to stay. And I should enjoy the accommodation more by staying at least 2 nights.
