Huge resort but not crowded, 3 places to have your meals so there is always a room. We have stayed in block C, quiet part,very nice modern Family room with separate space for kids to sleep. If you can,upgrade to swim up room,its very worth it.access straight from your terrace with safety gates. Unlimited drinks,very good water park , gaming zone in other end of resort.We would definitely come back again.Taxi from airport-30€,takes about 20 min to reach .Bus stop just outside the hotel.2€ to travel to Tsvili (or 20 min walk) ,Zakynthos town also easy to reach on bus(air conditioned) ,beach few minutes walk,few restaurants 5 min walk away from the hotel,supermarkets also very close.Overall very good place to stay.Initially looked on holiday companies pages but Booking had abosultely bargain unbeaten prices .Paid less than 900£ for a Family of 4 for 7 nights on All inclusive Swim up room (booked flights separately) when jet2 had the same option for nearly 2000£ on same dates.

Food was little bit of disappointment but you would never leave hungry.kids were happy with chicken nuggets,spaghetti,burgers but I was expecting more Only One type of fish all week,one sort of cheese ,one ham and one salami for all week breakfast, some meats on dinner were hard to chew ,fruit option -melon to watermelon and sour oranges .Cake bar looked very sugary and creamy(not my type) . But as I mentioned before, always possible to find something just not 4 stars in my opinion

Definitely I’ll visit again! Wonderful experience! Good value for money! We stayed a week but if I could well stay more! Helpful and kind staff, large variety and tasty food & sweets, snack bar open when restaurants are close so you don’t have to worry if you wake up late or miss lunch due to visit shipwreck etc, many facilities for kids, smiley and energetic trainers, nice waterslides, many pools, great spa

The only black spot is that we found dirty sheets in our check in but I’d like to believe that was due to difficult stains, so sheets were washed but stains stayed. An hour later chambermaids came and changed all sheets. In addition to I d like live music for adults at least some nights

When we booked this resort, we really didn't know what to expect! We had such a great experience that none of us wanted to leave the resort on the last day! What we liked: - Amazing water park with something for every age group - Great entertainment programme at night including kids mini disco - Food especially at the Asian restaurant- Rice and Spice was amazing! - There were so many pools throughout the resort to choose from - Great staff - Amazing location - just 20mins from the airport

- Some of the reception staff could respond in a better way and as a family coming here for the first time, it would be ideal if the reception staff could explain things instead of just asking to download the app.

We had read multiple negative reviews and we were so relieved when we arrived. We had the best stay. We had a swim up room and loved it. Think it can be very dependent on who your neighbours are though. Our son loved the pool and the gate was good and sturdy so we weren’t concerned about the safety of our 18month old while on the balcony. The food was much better than we expected. Found the burger restaurant to be the best choice and hot food for dinner, we found the breakfast in the burger restaurant cold as none of the heaters were on under the food. So we have breakfast most mornings in the main restaurant or Bella gusto. We loved the snack bar gyros and salad bowls were gorgeous and we ate there most days. The ice cream at snack bar was lovely but the server wasn’t very pleasant just threw it at you. The cocktails were very watered down but drinkable the wine in burger house was the best and passable. We found the staff so lovely. The cleaner lady in Block D was very thorough and so nice always smiling and happy

We had originally requested 2 rooms beside each other sharing the same pool for grandparents travelling with us but they couldn’t accommodate us when we arrived. They did the following day give us 2 rooms in the same block (4 rooms apart) which was better but still not ideal.

First of all everything was very nice. Maybe i have suggestion a little. Greece have a very traditional sea food i think must be in a la carte grek restaurant. And main pool so early finish. Or you had better to night swim free.

Was there for 5 nights. Food is very good - wide selection. I do not know why some complaint about it. Maybe variety of snacks could be more. Our room had private pool(first flow) - it was very nice for kids. Very small, but cozy beach about 250m from hotel. Also ATM is in area, several stores are also in hand reach. There is option for late check-out if needed. Waterpark is inside hotel territory and is quite good. We booked it via booking com so tourist fee was included,

We booked via booking.com - we got free WIFI, but it was so slow that we used our native. If you book via hotel directly you will have to pay and it is not worth as it is extremely slow. It's not a minus but Hotel is mainly filed with Polish tourists so be prepared to animation and events mainly in Polish language. Jumping area with playing machines is not included in All-Inclusive option(you have to pay extra so it's not nice if you have smaller kids than 7 years). Also the is mold smell in room although room looks quite luxury and new.(maybe because it's first floor).

The water park was excellent as was the Italian style restaurant. The newer main restaurant was also fabulous but the original main restaurant and al a carts restaurant were a real let down with cold food.

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work and the older restaurants were really dated in comparison.

Great vacation for kids. Waterpark is great and enjoyable for both. Many restaurants and bars in the resort. Everything was perfect. Food in the restarurants is nice.

We had super 10 days! Kids loved everything. The food was a bit repetitive as an AI, but was fine. Aurel in the restaurant was our favourite. The mini disco is also super We will come back!
