Very nice and new hotel, the apartment was nice, clean and wide enough for a family of four, with a small kitchen. Ours was at the second floor with a beautiful view on the hotel pool and the sea. Breakfast (optional) is served in the room and is so varied, with plenty of hot and cold dishes and drinks. Staff is super welcoming and friendly and available to offer help and advice. There are also some free parking lots, if needed.

Staff was super nice, the pool was good, very close to the beach and perfect location for visiting multiple places in the west part of Crete

The bathroom needed some work, the shower glass was letting water come out. The breakfast was included but there is no buffet, and be aware that you need to wash the dishes you use for the breakfast, something that was a bit awkward

It was close to the beach area- it was clean and rooms were comfortable. The hotel staff did their best to accommodate when feasible.

We didn’t realize it’s not very close to Chania downtown (~30 minute by car). Also the hotel has limited dining services - you must eat/drink in the room. There’s no common space to hangout.

The water in the bathroom doesn’t go down the drain easily. Some rooms have bas wifi and cellular connection.

The hotel was beyond our expectations. We loved the fact that is in a quiet area, far from all the touristic hassle and still close to supermarkets, great tavernas and the main road connecting to Chania and all attractions in west Crete. Location was super, it felt like a retreat. The hotel has some parking spots, and there is plenty space outside to park safely. The apartment was clean and spacious, very comfortable for 3 adults and a child. We were impressed with the breakfast: abundant, tasty and it had different tastes day to day. The staff was always attentive and helpful. Our child really enjoyed the pool, it was a hit! Totally recommended for families, if you want to have a holiday in a relaxed and calm area.

The hotel was very quiet, there is a small parking in front of the hotel, so we could park our rental car without any problems. There is no restaurant or anythinh like that, so the breakfast is brought to the room. The breakfast was sufficient, bread, eggs, cheese, fruit and something sweet.

I missed vegetables for some breakfast (half of the time there was none unfortunatelly). The location is very quiet (which was great), but there are not many restaurants to go for a dinner. You can cook dinner in a small kitchen, but I would appriciate one more knife, cooking spoon and other appliances. But all necessities are available for cooking.

This is an amazing base to discover the Western part of Crete and have an excellent rest at night. Family owned and family-oriented hotel with a nice swimming pool, and a gravel beach at 5-minute walk, with some nice taverns. The staff is very kind and friendly. The rooms are big, comfortable, with a balcony where you can have breakfast, and a small kitchen. The quality/price ratio is amazing

A bit more information (tourism, hotel facilities, transport...) in the room would be a plus. More Cretan local products for breakfast would add to the positive experience.

The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, though the sofa bed was a little hard. There was a safe in the room. We enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach. Breakfast was tasty (with orange juice and coffee, fresh bread, ham, cheese, and a pastry). The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location - the supermarket is a short drive away and the beach is a 5 minute walk.

The breakfasts are served to the room (not buffet style), so there were limited options and sometimes the breakfast came a little later than ordered. However, the staff did accommodate us when we asked for breakfast to go at 6am and provided us with food for the airport (which was great). The bathroom was slightly small for a 4-person room, and there was no laundry rack provided to dry clothing on the balcony.

The pool working hours were too short. We used it one time only, because we usually came back home late. Also, the bathroom was small and the shower was leaking - the whole floor was wet and dirty after taking a shower.
