One of my favorite ever places to stay. My mom and I cannot stop talking about returning back, we truly loved our stay beyond all expectations. What made our stay very special was 1. Incredible hospitality of Stelios and Rena- they are some of the kindest people youll ever meet and we felt so welcome. They were always there to help us with recommendations or any wish we had. 2.. We loved the little village of Tavronitis- if You prefer an authentic vibe away from the touristy resorts, Tavronitis is for You. Perfectly located for daytrips to Chania, Balos, Elafonissi, Falassarna, Samaria, etc. Very peaceful, yet offers everything you need- a few lovely tavernas, a great bakery and convenient supermarkets. 3. The incredible sunset & sunrise views- words cannot express how wonderful the view is. Amazing large pool, delicious homemade breakfast. Overall, perfect for travelers looking for a more authentic experience with stunning views and appreciate a beautifully peaceful setting. Thank You so much Stelios & Rena!

Would you like to discover and learn more about this wonderful Island? This is the place to stay. Just ask questions and you will get proposals where to go and when. History, nature and restaurants they know it all. Who knew, you could watch the international spacestation pass by over your apartment at night. I did not. :) Hospitality above and beyond.

You might not get perfect wifi in the apartment but is that really a problem. No not for me.

We stayed 9 nights at Antilia and it was a perfect base to explore the west of Crete. The location is very quiet and on top of the hill, with a refreshing breeze and the very large pool to cool you down but just minutes away from the village and sea and also relatively close to the motorway entrance which saves lots of time going both west or east. But Stelios and Rena are the best hosts that make this place unique and you can feel the love they have for this place and make sure their guests get all the attention and enjoy their times in Crete as much as they can during their stay. They are always around and we got plenty of tips and suggestions that only locals can give you! Thank you to both very much, take care of Yazu and his mum (Crete is full of cats 😻)

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning! Location was quite but still within walking distance to the village and on the main bus route so it was easy to get to lots of interesting places and nice beaches. Travonitis is a very traditional and friendly village which we loved. We chose not to hire a car and there was a hill up to our apartment this didn't bother us at all as you couldn't have the views without the hill!! Stelios and Rena were amazing so friendly and helpful without interfering and we met some really lovely people on our holiday. We plan on returning!

What an amazing stay in Dempla. A family run hotel with very friendly owners (Stelios and Rena). They told us about all the top attaractions in the area. We had an amazing stay at the Antilia apartments. The hotel has amazing panoramic views of the bay and the mountains. It's on the top of a hill so you will definitely need a car, which they can provide from the small car rental company that they run, too. The room was spacious and very clean.

Nothing is too much trouble for Stelios and Irini. The pool is always clean and it's big enough to swim in, not just paddle. Being on a hill, the views are wonderful.

It's quite a walk up the hill, but that goes with the out of town location

The apartment was super clean and the owner Stelios is a gentleman and very knowledgeable about the local environment. The property is well located on a hill overlooking the sea and is ideal an ideal starting point for exploring the local towns and travelling further afield.

Location excellent. Fantastic views. Quiet. Hosts very attentive and helpful.

Parking sometimes a little awkward - primarily due to other guests being inconsiderate.

It was the perfect base for our travels. We will be coming back next year 👍
