Amazing hotel & facilities especially for families we went with family grandchildren this hotel has water slides & pool for all ages. Plenty of sun beds for everyone & all have umbrellas.no rushing to reserve beds we had the same sun beds all week & didn’t have to reserve them for 12 of us,food amazing choices foreveryone & food choices were changed daily,beautiful restaurant, outside eating.snack bar had agreat choice of foods & drinks best allnclusive hotel we’ve stayed in staff very friendly.3 restaurants on site includes in your package in your stay but you have to book these,went on the bus to chainia one day because it rained this place is a must to see beautiful town winding streets fabulous tavernas.

Rooms really lovely for a couple but bit small if you have children,very clean cleaners came in every day.bathroom very small.my daughter had a free upgrade in her 2 rooms to a suite really big beautiful rooms.

The staff were amazing friendly, very clean hotel and the food was the best. They did amazing Greek and Asian nights. The was entertainment every night. Me and my daughter were doing the water rides everyday and felt like I was a kid again. It was relaxing and amazing. We also tried the spa facilities and my wife and daughter loved it. The town is down the road using the motorway, easy access to Chania for and day or night visit. We visited Chania everyday, also good distance to Elafonisi.

Really cannot say enough good things about this hotel, we absolutely loved every minute of our short stay here! The hotel is beautiful, it’s obviously recently refurbished and has a very relaxed luxurious and very cool ambience. But it’s the staff that really make it feel extra special. We were treated like VIPs as soon as we arrived, which having spoken to other people staying here is obviously how everyone is treated which is so lovely. Maria was amazing, she made us feel so welcome straight away and clearly wanted us to enjoy every minute of our stay here, we have never had such an amazing welcome to a hotel and we have stayed in many amazing hotels around the world. All the staff in the hotel were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, and also all really happy to chat and get to know you in a really genuine way, such lovely people. The manager Andreas went out of his way to accommodate our specific needs and he is clearly the reason why the hotel is run so smoothly and all the staff seem to really enjoy their jobs, so important. We booked this hotel because our son loves waterslides and he wasn’t disappointed! There are 4 really good slides which he could go down endlessly and lovely lifeguards there to help. What was nice was that the slides are set back a bit from the rest of the pool area, so in its own area, but not completely separated like other hotels we’ve been to. This means that for those not interested in the slides it’s not in your view and you don’t need to be any where near them as the rest of the pool area is really large with loads of sunbeds. But for the parents whose kids want to go on the slides, you don’t feel like you’re separated away from the main area and it’s just a nice chilled part to sunbathe in. There’s also other areas around the pool for smaller children to play and enjoy and for parents to still be in the main area and not feel separated.

Everything was lovely and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. I would like to mention specially the staff from kids club (forgot their names), the restaurant (Efi and Stella), and the housekeeping. They all have been very helpful to us during our stay. We truly appreciate the efforts of the animation and sports team in charge of kids and adults daily activities for tirelessly organising all the fun things to do each day. My kids enjoyed the evening disco and shows. The hotel has indeed set a high standard in terms of catering family holidays, beautiful resort and amenities.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! I have just got home from this hotel and i did not want to leave. We debated on spending the extra money on a hotel, we did, picked this hotel and we where not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful, from when you drive in, go through the lobby and out to the stunning pool areas, which also have day activities in and beach area. The bar area is nice and with the all inclusive, we visited this alot 😂. 1 restaurant that everyone can use does nice food and dessert, 2 restaurants that you have to book, 1 thats like a asian style and the other more Greek style with a stunning view looking out to the ocean. A couple of bars that you can sit at during the evening with a bit of music and an entertainment area which has things on each night. There is a bus stop outside also that will take you to other areas that are closer to chania. And to finish it off the staff where super friendly, helpful and a good laugh as well. Had a good time with them. So I would highly recommend this hotel, whether you don't know where to stay or you are looking for a high level hotel. This is the one for you.

Only niggling thing was there was some wasps that where irritating at the bar during the day. But this was minor and I just don't like them lol! No faults i can say about my trip and this hotel.

Food was excellent for buffet food lots of choice and variety you had to time it right to get it hot and not too crowded. Plenty of pools for all ages and water slides, the ice cream, gyros and pizza stand was fantastic for snacks. Also enjoyed been able to book and eat at the Greek and Asian restaurants too. Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean daily if wanted. Plenty of entertainment through the day and evening hotel is perfect if going as a family with children as it’s a great hotel for kids.

For me the bed was uncomfortable but that’s just my personal preference rooms are slightly small but we spent very little time in it. Breakfast was very busy and we did struggle for a table at times.

It was an amazing experience I have nothing to complain about. The food was amazing, the entertainment was nice, the place is really beautiful, always clean and very friendly staff.

The hotel itself is very relaxing and enjoyable if you are with small and big kids as there are loads to do for all age groups. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for all to see their kids enjoy variety of slides with different sizes even for adults. Restaurant provides very quality food with a lot of special dishes from local cuisine. Everything is very quality. The stuff is very friendly and help. immediately when you need it. I would recommend this hotel towards anyone especially for families. Get ready for an unforgettable holiday in Crete with a rich history staying in one of the best hotels on the island.

Perfect experience for family with young kids, they have all angels covered. From various pools to activities and a kids zone to leave little ones, disco for the kids in the evening and food, snacks and drinks around the clock. Room was great, clean and comfy. The staff was awesome, pool and disco staff, cafeteria and the cleaning staff; of course the welcome and reception staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We loved it, thought it was good value for money, and would definitely come again.

Our stay was fantastic, we really liked the food and the swimming pool with different sections, entertainment program for kids and adults. Staff was fantastic too! Our plane was quite late, and they not only allowed us to use the pool and have lunch, but also provided a room to take a shower and get dressed.
