We liked everything about the Ledra and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfy beds and all the amenities you need in the room (air con worked brilliantly). The cleaners do fantastic job at keeping your room feeling fresh tidy. The hotel staff were great Kosta, Pedro & Christina were so obliging & our children had some great chats with Kostas. We would recommend the restaurant at the hotel it’s super, so much so our kids didn’t want to go anywhere else for food! The pool is lovely as is the local beaches. We chose not to hire a car and use the local bus service instead it was great however I’d advise having the bus route on your phone handy. The hotel staff helped us arrange a wonder boat trip to some remote beaches where we did some snorkelling. We don’t have any recommendations or negatives for Ledra.

Nothing at all, we loved everyday.

Attentive staff, calm environment, very comfortable beds. Very clean pool, all areas well maintained. Fantastic cleaning staff - room spotless every time we came back in the evening. Lovely reception staff, so helpful with tips on where to go and very accommodating and helpful when we had a small issue. Loved the borrowing library in reception- very large selection of paperbacks in lots of different languages. Would definitely come back!!

Nothing- was such a fantastic and relaxing stay

Beautiful hotel with clean and big pool. The staff were helpful and kind. Room was spacious and nice balcony. Bathrooms were modern and clean with the exception of finding a few dead flies which can’t be helped and the cleaners did their best to sweep up every day. Cleaners emptied the bins every single day and clean towels were changed twice in the week. Pool was often quiet so easy to get a sun bed. Bar had a few people in at night perfect for an evening drink. Big car park if you would like to hire a car. Or the bus is really easy to get to Chania and Platanias from the bus stop opposite the hotel.

We were welcomed by the lady and than in a bar, whenever we chose to visit, served by a man and his son. All were amazing. Even organized a "cretan night" once, with dancers and it played out great. If we had any questions, they anwsered straight away. The location is near chania, 2nd biggest city and equally far from beaches like Elafonisi, Preveli and Balos, which are all great experiences. Rooms were cleaned DAILY at around 11. -12. Hours. U can eat in the complex, swim in the pool, hit the table tenis, or billiards/pool table. It was all perfect and theres nothing i would really want to change. The parking, as said in many other comments is perhaps a bit small, but you will always have a place to put your car, so dont worry about that. Just might take a minute or 2 longer to park. The wifi was annoying, sometimes working, but than often being overloaded because you know... The hotel was full, but thats understandable. If you wanted to google something, u could. It would just take a bit longer to load. These are the EXTREMELY little things i mightve tweaked a bit, but theres really nothing negative to say about the place. All in all just an amazing experience.

Great location, very close to the seaside, pool good for children and adults( one side has 2.7m death), very cosy hotel to rest, perfect size of the premises. You have chance to relax and not to be surrounded by hundreds of people. Very nice Staff. Greek evening with dancers performing- staff encoraged guests to take part in dancing and contests. We stayed in apartament Just above the pool, inside 2 separate rooms with TVs- perfect if you come with kids, kitchen with all you need to make breakfast, fridge, toster etc. Maleme location also great, close to bus stops, tasty tawerns. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to everyone.

If I need to point something, in the kitchen area it would be good to have some sort of the dryer spot to dry wet washed plates, cups ,etc.

As soon as we got there we had a warm welcome. Petros was very helpful, explaining everything we needed to know. We were surprised when we saw the rooms, because the pictures on booking don't reflect the reality. Our room was amazing, with a big balcony, very clean, and a very big comfortable bed, working AC,TV, WiFi. The restaurant there is also great, it has great food for low prices, plus they offered us deserts and rakie on the house.By the way, the rakie is made by them and it is sooo good 😊. I will definitely recommend the place to my friends. Thank you guys for this nice experience.

We had a wonderful holiday. Everyone was really helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. The room was spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again.

The bed was really comfortable except the 2 singles weren’t attached together to make a large double which meant that they moved apart but didn’t spoil our stay.

Lovely local hotel but close to other towns and the big city of Chania (all easily accessible by bus). Small and friendly and the staff are lovely. Easy to get a sunbed by the pool and such a relaxing holiday.

All the staff were excellent. The room and pool were cleaned on a daily basis and the beach was well within walking distance. The hotel is located in an interesting and quiet area of Crete with lots to do and explore. And just in case you need information about thing to do, Costas, who is one of the owners and always available on site, has a wealth of knowledge about the entire surroundings if not the whole of the island.

This place has its own spirit of tranquility and relaxation. It is spotless clean and cozy and verry convenient located near supermarket and bus station. In our short stay we went to Elafonisi by bus and then to Balos by bus till Kissamos and then by boat. The pool is immaculate clean and the food at their taverna delicious. They also have books and biliard plus other entertainment facilities. I would like to be back some day. Thank you dear host!
