The villa we stayed in was well equipped, comfortable and overall we enjoyed the time we spent there. It was not far from the Chania airport which we liked after our late night flight. The villa is close to some nice pebble and sandy beaches of Maleme and Tavronitis with plenty of space for families with kids.

Description of the property could be more accurate. There are two similar villas at the same property site sharing the internal territory and each having its pool and small kids playground area. This is not written in the description clearly and we missed this fact. Might be important for those looking for privacy, quietness and some personal space around the house. There are also some separate living facilities arranged in the basement of each villa, and we saw some lights on at night and stranger people entering/exiting those passing by and not saying anything. This was not mentioned in the description either, nor told to us in advance. The private parking is for two cars, so availability would likely depend on the number of cars in use by the guests of both villas.

It’s very big and comfortable. Spiros is very responsive and helpful. The air con and wifi are both excellent and in all areas. Loads of balconies. Nice pool with inflatables. Spiros had kindly bought us some provisions for arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Loads of towels. Cleaned and changed beds and towels halfway through the week. Tv has all streaming platforms. Location only 15 minute walk to the beach and taverna. Spiros recommended tavernas within walking distance. Close to the bus stop.

The gym / games room needs updating but we still played table tennis

Great location. Quiet area close to beach and amenities. Fresh towels and bedding every few days of our stay and a clean of the villa. Very well equipped with everything you needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Our favourite spot was sitting on the roof terrace and looking out over the countryside and sea. If you are staying with young children there was ample toys and games for them. Also even a pram was provided. There were push bikes although we didn’t use them as we had a car. The pool was cleaned every morning of flying insects. The pool was more of a dipping pool as only small but perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. We would definitely stay again.

I would be nit picking if I said there was something we didn’t like. It really was perfect for us in every way

This Villa is OUTSTANDING. Spiros is the best host I have experienced. Spiros welcomed me as soon as I drove in to his driveway, helped me with my suitcase, explained the basics cheerfully and had fruit, juices, water and soda for my arrival. His villa is perfectly outfitted for families, couples, and solo travelers. He has top notch amenities in his home to enjoy your stay, relax on the many terraces, private pool to take a dip, bicycles to ride, and even a cooler to take to the beach! There is air conditioning in every room, a gorgeous living room and spacious kitchen. 3 floors to have at your disposal, a top floor deck with lounge chairs and table, large table and chairs to eat on the 2nd floor terrace, large bedrooms, neatly arranged, and a tremendous bathroom on the first floor with an inviting bathtub & washing machine to get those dirties clean. There’s also a bathroom as you go up the stairs leading to the top floor deck. There is a safe for your items. The wi-fi was excellent no matter which floor or terrace I was on. This villa is amazing with practically every room opening to a terrace. His place is spotless. He checked in if all was okay, very fast to respond and gave me a few restaurant suggestions including an excellent restaurant on the beach by very short drive - MALEME TAVERNA. The food and service is SPOT ON! I couldn’t leave Greece without visiting Chania and traveled from the eastern part of Crete to explore Balos Beach, Elafonisi Beach and the Samaria Gorge. What a wonderful temporary home away from home while doing so. His rates are exceptional for a top notch experience. Thank you Spiros!

Very comfortable house in a great location. Plenty of facilities - plunge pool, games room. Close enough to the village and the sea/beach but in a quiet area. Lots of seating areas both indoor and outdoor. I have stayed here before and really liked it and I would stay again without hesitation.

The description said pet friendly but on arrival we were asked to ensure the dogs didn't pee on the grass. I don't think this was a realistic request so I would suggest either paving the small area of grass or use artificial grass. There are two villas inside the same, not very big, area so while it is perfect for a group renting both villas it could be a little awkward for two sets of strangers especially if there was a different age profile

Spiros greeted us at the villa. He was warm, incredibly hospitable, welcoming and always responded to messages via booking.com promptly. He showed us around the villa explaining things that would make our stay more comfortable - inside the villa, in the grounds of the villa and in the surrouding area. He even left us with some provisions to get us started. That was very welcome. Would we stay there again... absolutely. Thank you Spiros and Spiros senior.

There was nothing, not to like. The villa was spacious, clean and more than met our needs at a competitive price.

We had absolutely fantastic time. House is just great. Spacy, clean with everything you might need on hand. Located in the quieter part of an island to avoid hordes of tourists meaning there was always nice spot available on the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Quick trip on the bus and we were in the centre of Chania enjoying what city has to offer. Spiros was the best host making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Can't recommend enough!

Everything was great. The villa was a very clean and quiet place. Thanks to Spiros, it was very helpful and left our fridge full of things like water, juice, fruits, etc. Thanks again 😀

Wonderful kids friendly villas with private pool and with small playground for kids. You can spend whole vacation here, The owner Mr. Spiros and his family are very kind and helpful. They kept milk, fruits, water and other stuff for us. Villas are neat and clean, owner takes good care of it. I wish l, i could give 11 stars.
