We had a wonderful stay at Louladakis Apartments. The guys at the reception were awesome, we were able to check in a bit earlier which was great, he gave us some great tips and tricks, always there to help and answer all our questions and very polite and helpful. They were able to give us beach umbrellas to use them while we were there, the ladies who were cleaning our rooms were very cheerful and polite, the rooms were very clean, we had a drying rack on the balcony and the AC was very nice. The building has an elevator too, which was very surprising but useful for elderly people maybe or if you have many luggages. There is a jacuzzi on the last floor, we didn’t use it but the view from there is amazing at night, it is a nice addition. We definitely enjoyed our stay here, and recommend with our whole hearts. By the way, i saw in reviews others complaining about the noise from the 2 restaurants across the building, we didn't hear any noise, it was very peaceful at night so no need to worry about that, and we were there during the high season I would say in August. Many thanks to everyone at the Louladakis! We've had a very pleasant stay there!

No complaints

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big, with a nice balcony. There were kitchen appliances that allowed us to make coffee and basic meals.

The shower could have used a curtain. The bathtub was very small, as a tall man, it was quite uncomfortable to sit. The doors were noisy and you could hear all the neighbours exiting their apartments.

Everything was fine; easy access to my room, well-equipped kitchenette, clean place, balcony, bus at door, mini market with essentials 100-200 mtrs away. Fine staff, they even allowed me late check-out.

I have no complaint. It was great value for money. Some ppl complained about traffic noise; sure, it is there. But most of the buildings are exposed to traffic noise on the Chania-Kolympari stretch I've seen. It is because they are situated left and right on the main street (road) which simply runs too close to the sea, parallel with the sea.

The property was clean and the staff were welcoming and kind. The view from the balcony was stunning. Good value for money.

The bath tub was outdated, but even so clean, so altogether not too bad.

Great experience! The room is very clean and spacious, the hosts are very friendly, always at your service. A good starting point for an island tour. It meant a lot to have a parking space right next to the building. During the night you can hear the vehicles, but it is OK. We recommend the Louladakis apartments.

Professional staff. Location on the route and next to the hotel, bus stop. The room equipment was very good, including a kitchenette. There was even dishwashing liquid, a hair dryer and a clothes dryer in the room.

The only thing I could complain about is the lack of a public microwave, at least one at the reception :)

Great place to stay if you want to explore the western side of Crete. Our apartment was spacious and sparkling clean. We didn't use the small kitchen so can't comment on that, but we did had an electric kettle and a french press to brew fresh coffee in the mornings. One more thing - I needed to check in very late and the hosts were kind enough to provide that.

BEST EVER hotel with the same price range!!! absolutely exceptional experience , beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views from the rooftop. the apartment has everything I needed, and I extended my stay, I was arranged to another even better apartments which is basically one bedroom apartment with separate living room, bedroom and bathroomwith bath!! and two balconies since it’s a corner unit, the sea view is amazing! the owners are very nice and helpful. cleaning ladies are very nice as well. there is a local grocery store, cafes and restaurants nearby. the stay was so comfortable and peaceful. I will miss staying here! thank you Louladakis apartment!

Perfect apartment value for money. Great location, enormous apartment and balcony. Only negative side is bathroom that seems old. Alltogether, perfect apartment for a stay near chania.

The staff was really nice allowing us to check-in a bit earlier, and in general quite helpful of our questions.
