The location was peaceful and quiet on the beach at Grand Bay. Kolymvari is a small fishing village with a few bars and restaurants - not for anybody looking for nightlife. All the staff at the hotel were polite, helpful, friendly and very professional. They all went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Food was plentiful and of a good standard. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable with an efficient maid service.

The hotel needs redecorating. Some rooms have noise from the hotel entertainment which finishes at 23.00.

I would have loved to stay in the Giannoulis Bay beach ONLY ADULTS but regarding a problem of air conditioning in several rooms they changed our reservation to their sister hotel Giannoulis Pearl Wing full of kids which I wanted to avoid x.x But due to this inconvenience they offer us all package included and we really appreciated it!. The buffet was very good, staff very well organized, very kind, good athmosphere, nice beach and swimming pool!. I must stand out the service, attention, hospitality of the staff and receptionist were excellent, very well organized, very kind!! I would specially thank to Amalia which helped us since the beginning of our stay. Thank you so much to reception team for being so nice and kind and for the little present at the end of my stay! ευχαριστώ :)

It was full of kids and guests who didn't respect the fact that they couldnt book the loungers with towels which they always did, even for couple of hours when the swimming pool was empty and probably they were out or eating letting us without space many times.

We were upgraded to a pool-side room and it was an amazing stay. Next time we plan on booking to pool-side because it was so convenient to have the loungers, pool, and sea right outside your door. The staff were excellent.

Our room was slightly dated, particularly the bathtub. But still very comfortable.

We got all-inclusive and it was great. The food was delicious and there was a lot of variety. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. The hotel is right at the beach, we had direct access to the sea. The pool was a good option as well.

A lot of run down properties near by, beach was quite rocky Price for the buffet was 30 euros per person which we found very expensive for a buffet,however there were very nice restaurants much cheaper and better food within walking distance

Attentive and helpful staff, great breakfast and dinner. Wi-fi was excellent. Our room by the pool was perfect: suite with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. Great housekeeping. I’d definitively stay here again. Live music in the lobby area was a nice touch.

The beach area was untidy: sand had prickly reeds all over the place, deckchairs untidy.

The quite location away from the heavy tourists towns. Some might consider it isolated, we loved it as it was a short 30 min bus ride from busy Chania City. The staff were simply amazing. Always ready to help with a big smile. They start to know your room number and name from day one. The all inclusive is great. The bar by the pool was close and ready to cater for all what you need. The ala carte dinners were nice but don't expect variety or highest quality food. Though it was a nice change from the Buffet. Breakfast variety was good and food was really good.

We had a junior suite still no king size bed and only two twin beds. I think the hotel should change all suites to King Size beds.

At check in the front desk complimentary offered to move my dad closer to my room and upgraded us to full board. The staff is exceptionally personable, takes good care of the property, and the food options were expansive. The pool with swim up bar was fun.

The property is situated on a lovely beach with clear water for swimming and has the most amazing swimming pool . Beach shoes are recommended as the sand gets very hot ! The staff are very attentive and friendly

The gym was not clean - some of the equipment was broken . There was no sanitizer in order to clean the equipment once used - very disappointed. The a la carte restaurant lacked any style or atmosphere

The closeness to the private beach, the weather, the cleanliness and the food were very good. Personel was helpful and friendly..On the last evening of our stay, we were able to see baby turtles come out from the sand and go into the sea.

There wasn't much to do or see in the village. At the hotel, there could be more entertainment available.
