Avra Imperial Hotel provided us with an exceptional service ranging from reception to housekeeping service, I received a fabulous treatment by the hotel staff they provided me with a meal at midnight due to arriving late. Adding to that they perfectly communicated via email, fast and useful responses that provided all of the necessary information regarding the shuttle service that was provided. The restaurants at the hotel were superb offering international and local cuisines that were so tasty, moreover the pool restaurant provided delicious drinks and spirits that just set the mood for the overall atmosphere of the pool, and during the week there were several activities varying from zumba classes and relaxing piano and jazz performances. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and unique !!!

The only negative thing I would say the strong smell that emitted from the drainage every once in a while, and thats the only thing, otherwise everything was perfect.

It was beautiful, everywhere you go was clean and relaxing. The staff where all lovely and helpful.

We have an amazing room with a private pool but it was not in the sun. the whole outside area was in the shade so I couldn’t sun bath and the pool was very cold because of it. We have small children who couldn’t stay in the private pool for very long. This meant we didn’t use the private pool as much as we wanted to. We felt like we wasted money on that.

The location, the indications of the staff members, the somptuous pools even if the daylight does heat and burn if we didn't protect ourselves from the sunburn. The restaurants were great and the facilities also. The buffets at the Basilico's and Blue Dong's are convenient, pleasing and reach our expectations. There are so many good things of the stay at Avra Imperial to be remembered!

Just one or two minor things that I can't remember right now.. perhaps if the cleaning could be done a little bit earlier in the morning. But we know that there is a lot to do in the vast area like Avra^^

This was the 3rd time I'd stayed at Avra Imperial, and as an up-grade I got a room with a private pool in the adults only wing. Everything was perfect: nice, spacious, freshly painted and clean room, refreshing pool on the terrace, some fruit and wine on the table to welcome the guests...I loved swimming in the huge glass-walled pool in the garden of the main building, and later in the much quieter pool of the adults only wing. I had buffet dinner in the Basilico restaurant, all the meals - and desserts- I tasted were delicious. ( You can choose to have à la carte dinner in the Al Fresco restaurant, as well. ) In the evening there was live music in the bar. The next day I had breakfast in the Residence Collection's restaurant, which offered a calm and peaceful experience and a wide variety of breakfast choices ( including hot meals as well as fruit, yoghurt and amazing pastries ) and fresh orange juice. All in all, I had a lovely and relaxing mini-holiday in Avra Imperial and I'm grateful for the staff that they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.Thank you for everything. the a la carte restaurant (medium quality, not worse the money) clearl lack of staff: some trash by the pool would stay 2-3 days people booking the sun beds 2hours before actually using them not a lot of activities (no dj, no teen club, did not see any yoga class.....) room services dishes would stay a full dat outside the rooms, meaning lot of ants coming in the corridor dirty dishes, laundry, trays staying in the corridor outside of our room

I have been coming to this hotel for over 10 years and it always feels like home right away when you arrive. The pools, rooms, restaurants and the private beach are amazing and never get old. Also, the hotel has a nice mix of visitors from young couples to families, single travelers and elderly couples. It’s also very relaxing and easy going for a 5 star resort. it’s always hard to leave this property at the end of your stay but I know I will eventually come back again. I travel a lot and I have seen many 5 star resorts but there is something about this property that always pulls me back, most likely the atmosphere and the surrounding area.

The staff seemed a little tired in the main buffet restaurant but it’s the end of the season so I get it. I have been here in spring as well and always received excellent service.

It’s a beautiful place with everything you need in a family holiday. Even as a couple you would really enjoy this place. House keeping are wonderful and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are absolutely fantastic!

The entertainment is not good. Music in the evenings is slow pace and makes you sleepy. Dj played cheesy music and not what we were expecting. Also very strange service at check in, we asked how much it would be to upgrade from our suite to a pool suite and we were really brushed off. The man never bothered checking the price for us and seemed to find the check in quite confusing. We walked away without upgrading and felt a bit annoyed. It was strange that he didn’t want to take more of our money. However our room was lovely and we had a great time.

My mother celebrated her 60 birthday. They approved our early check-in, and my mom received a cake with a personalized note from the staff ! The staff were incredible ! Super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Everything was perfect. we loved the adults only section. The food was amazing. Never seen my mom so happy and carefree. We want to send our love to all the amazing staff : valentine at the reception, Ira that made us amazing drinks and was always so fun to chat with, the lovely staff at the spa reception and hair salon. Everyone really made our vacation a dream. Would love to go back.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied. Nothing bothered me enough to actually request or inform the hotel about but if I really need to pick staff that I would have changed - Vegetarian options were limited (but I managed easily since we could order room service, and the food was amazing) I was expecting a bath in the room ? . Maybe because the map photo of the room had one. I assumed wrong and was just a tiny bit disappointed, but the shower was spacious, and everything was great. Not a fan of orange scented shampoo and soap, but I survived (; Great work beacuse as I said everything was wonderful and those tiny things didn't matter to me that much

It’s a beautiful, clean and well equipped property. The food was fantastic and so were the drinks. The room was perfect and had everything we needed, house keeping were wonderful and very friendly. The staff in all areas were wonderful, helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay again.

The evening entertainment was really lacking unfortunately and thats the one thing that lets this property down. The live music was really nice but it puts you to sleep a bit. You need something more uplifting to keep people wanting to stay up and have a drink.

Immaculate hotel, staff and facilities. As soon as we stepped into the premises it was already 5 Star service, had a nice surprise with our room! Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Service was not only fast but done very professionally, the staff work very hard and met all of our needs. Very clean, never felt it was dirty anywhere. The Spa was amazing, my massage therapist Sofia was perfect. We were able to try all of the restaurants and wow, everything was made so deliciously. Location was easy to get to from the airport, plenty of parking space. Thank you to all of the staff, we will definitely return.

Couldn’t say one bad thing about this resort.
