Lovely setting.Well maintained apartments and pool area. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Some apartments are facing a country road that although not particularly busy does mean that road noise disturbs the otherwise peaceful setting. We were not happy with our room allocation so were moved to a lower standard room which was acceptable.

We stayed in one of the villas at the property. We were a family of 5 and had a 2 bedroom villa, with 2 double bedrooms and a sofabed. The villa was clean and very comfortable. All rooms had air conditioning. Breakfast was included and was taken at the hotel. The hotel itself is situated in a picturesque and quiet little village, which was just perfect. Very relaxing. We’d highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You will need a car through for any activity outside the village.

It would be useful to know that the villas each have different sizes of pool - we would have booked a bigger pool had we known this. Kitchen could be equipped with salt and pepper.

Wonderful village with great facilities. All the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our time very much. PingPong was great to rest from the sun. Bed and linen really good. Frontdesk staff always available and ready to help.

Our family room was subpar I must admit. It had a window that could not be blacked out so we had to ask the maintenance guy to go to the roof and put cardbox over it. C'mon, its for sleeping purposes only. A bit to expensive if you ask me.

The village is quiet but has some restaurants nearby and the beach is only 5 min drive. Our private villa was great, everything works but don't expect luxury. The hotel made us breakfast to go on our last day and two people from our group got a different room when something was wrong with the plumbing.

The staff was not the friendliest, you sometimes had to ask multiple times for something during diner or breakfast and they didn't seem to like their job

Beautiful boutique hotel about 20 mins from Chania. Perfect for couples or families that want a quieter holiday vibe but with all the authenticity of a Greek villa. Staff were wonderful and very helpful, friendly atmosphere and the pool area is just stunning. Manos and Geni were fantastic and friendly.

The only small criticism is the bar could've stayed open later, but it is a quiet place and most people had gone to bed by then.

This was our 3rd time, we always book a private villa with a pool just up the hill from the main hotel. We love the views, the pool and the spaciousness of the villa. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine is handy to have for a longer stay. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and the breakfast spread is very good.

We informed the staff about a small leak in our master bathroom, which they said they would take a look at.

Tranquility and calmness. Beautiful setting in the middle of nowhere, a quiet small village. Pool area is very nice and the pools will definitely make you calm down and relax. The entire area is clean and spacious and the free parking is definitely a plus. Staff is very helpful and polite and will help you with everything. Suites are spacious and comfortable with all amenities except coffee machine. Bed and pillows are so spacious and comfortable that we didn't want to wake up! Both areas in our room had air conditioners, so no matter the heat, the room stays comfortable! Bath spacious with all amenities! Extra towels will be given upon request for the pool. Breakfast was nice with many options to select. Wonderful stay!

Coffee machine is missing since the one at the breakfast area is a multi purpose one, thus you don't expect anything beyond average as far as coffee quality is concerned.

Amazing! Friendly, inviting, picturesque, lovely pools. Great family friendly environment. Breakfast was over the top. Wonderful in every way and I can't say enough great things and Spilia Village Hotel. Village setting was so charming and great views. Walkable to tavernas. It was probably my favorite place in 2 months of traveling in Greece, and I would love to return some time. Don't miss walking up up up the hill to the church and cave for the views.

It was a awesome stay at Spilia Village. I fall in love with the architecture, the poolside, the breakfast/dinner and all the people who are working there. especially the waiter with the Name Gene was always helpful and open for a friendly talk. He and all the other workers there did all there best for me that I have a lovely stay at Spilia Village. I will definitely come back!

Lovely villa, great breakfast with unusual food on offer. We had our own private pool which was great. The airconditioning was very welcoming in the heat.

The three bedroom villas were described on the website as having a double and two twins, but we had three double bedrooms which meant my adult daughter had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed
