Compared with other three-star+ hotels, breakfast is about the same, nothing special. However, the location is super nice. It is closed to the southern branch of the national palace museum, many other tourist attractions and high speed railway station. In addition, the streets are very nice and wide, very suitable for family biking.

The swimming pool is nice and they even have a lifeguard, however it is kind of small and the opening hours are too short.

I liked that the lobby restaurant serving staff were friendly and happy to serve kids. The manager checked for allergies and was very apologetic when one of my kids had an allergy and immediately replaced the soup (It was the croutons that had nuts). She also offered to call an ambulance which wasn't required, and said to call front desk if there were any issues. My kids enjoyed the simple but clean playrooms very much. The outdoor patio was nice for kids to play with the little driving cars. The room was equipped with an Alexa equivalent which the kids enjoyed talking to and playing music.

I asked front desk about food options and they only told me about what was available at the hotel. It would've been good if they were more knowledgable about the general area and offered various choices to guests. We ended up eating at the hotel which was fine, but would've liked more information. I asked the concierge about youbikes, but he had no idea what I was talking about. I finally found out that they are only available in Chiayi city. So, not a very experienced concierge. The pool was quite small, its a pity they didn't make it bigger and more of a scene given the fantastic location over the National Southern museum.

The texture of the walls around the hotel and the decoration. The business center and reading area provide places to work while waiting for check-in. The room has everything in the right place, and the voice control information desk is nice.

It's a short pleasant walk to the museum, which was our destination. Love the big soaking tub! Very necessary after a day of walking in the museum. The staff was exceptionally attentive.

Not a lot of dining options in the neighborhood.

It is a nice hotel across street from a wonderful museum/park and close to Taiwan High Speed Rail station. Staff were wonderful and lobby was elegant.

Check-in time not flexible even the hotel was not busy. It is a hotel catering international travel. However, the reception could not text non-Taiwan cell phone for room readiness.

The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly! They answered all my questions. The hotel is located right next to the south national palace museum. The hotel offers many kids friendly activities.

Right across the street from the National Palace Museum, Southern branch. Very clean. Nice and quiet.

Pretty fat from anything else we wanted to do in Chiayi (night markets, etc).

Very nice stay. The only thing is location is not as convenient as it's about half an hour drive from the city of Chia yi. However, they do offer the shuttle pick up from high speed train station.

Location is not the best if you intend to hop between the city of Chia yi and Tainan

It’s pretty convenient location for visiting National Palace Museum South branch. Also it’s very nice to do the physical check up in this comfortable location.

People who work there all are friendly and nice. We had great time at the hotel.

The first floor restaurant sometime had flies. But I guess it because it’s short distance to door. Hard to prevent it.
