It looks like a very new hotel. The rooms were modern and stylish. Also a decent size. Lovely rooftop bar. Good location.

The pillows were really not that comfortable - the beds were great (mattresses) nice though!! Also, the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, but you can pay extra and get some. The buffet breakfast was rather disappointing- the limited options and also the restaurant wasn’t big enough to accommodate all the people (people were lining up outside to get a seat). Many round tables where you need to eat breakfast and share a table with strangers… It was a little odd…

Things were good and new but are expected, given the more pricier costs to stay, nothing too exceptional.

The staff didn’t help us with the luggage to our room. Not sure is it the culture difference here or they didn’t bothered to help us. The breakfast was crowded by tourists group that stayed in the hotel. They flooded in to the restaurant in the morning at the same time and there were basically not enough sitting to fit our family. We had no chance but to sit separately in different tables.

My wife and I liked the rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were friendly and quick to respond if we had an issue. Just a general overall good stay and we would stay again if we ever end up back in town.

Waiting in line for breakfast wasn’t the greatest but I don’t think their is any way for them to solve this issue. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes to get breakfast in the morning. We also discovered later that there is a shuttle to the high speed rail but you need to arrange it three days in advance. This is something that should be made clear because we would have done that if we knew we needed too. Maybe having the staff ask us if we needed one when we checked in would solve this issue.

Shower is good, the bar in the hotel is good, service is good, bed is normal queen size bed, comfortable. Forgot to take photos, can say that the photos posted online are exactly what you see .

Parking area was about 5min walk away

Comfortable bed, spacious room, access to both shower and bathtub. Plenty of parking while we were there during the week. Great concierge service. Access to laundry and gym also but we didn’t utilise these services.

Many choices for breakfast and the location is good.

Aircon is too cold and the aircon controller is basically out of order. Not enough car park nearby hotel. We have to park our car in their licenced parking lot which takes 15 minutes of walking.

Its outskirts of central area but still very convenient .. McDonald and KFC are both 5 mins walking distance. Whole hotel was very clean and shower head pressure is high …. Very good

the spacious rooms, the sumptuous breakfast spread and the washing machine

the location wasn’t central and we seem to be far away from almost everything. Uber is not available in chiayi and hailing a cab from the street was not easy.
